I lay next to kitten on this foreign bed. I'd teleported her to our bedroom in Grablend, awaiting the business meeting which would take place later today. When she slept, it was as if nothing ever happened between us, like this was the first night of her being with me. She was peaceful, and her eyes could be whatever they wanted under those soft eyelids. When she was asleep she lay as still as a brick. The only movement was the slight rise and fall of her chest, and soft battering of her long ebony lashes.

"You're such a weirdo, watching her sleep like that," I roll my eyes to the sound of Anti's disapproval behind me. Last I saw, he was sat in an arm chair, twirling a dagger in his fingers.

"After getting to the position of power I'm at now, and staying there for ungodly amounts of time, you learn not to care about things like that..."

There was a silence, where I hoped I'd managed to shut him up for at least another hour, but he spoke about a minute after, "Perhaps doing that immortal spell was a mistake..." His hesitation and openness on the subject, caused me to sit up and gawk at him in disbelief.

"It was your idea to make us three live forever!" I exclaim,

"I know..." he breathed, "But I didn't allow myself to realize just how... meaningless everything would then become to us," Unlike myself, and more so PewDIE, Anti was more open with his emotions and opinions, even when none wanted to hear them. He was avoiding my gaze, and twisting the dagger much faster than before, "I thought we'd be terrorizing humans and gloating about our victory to other demons as they all bowed down to our every whim... yet after a while... It's not that I want to die, it's more the fact that I'm sick of living... We took over the world from humans, we finally made demons all powerful, and now we're living through our legacy. But a legacy is something we're supposed to leave behind."

I didn't know how to respond. It was as if his words had unlocked something in me that not even I knew was there. I understood him, agreed almost completely, but was so dumbfounded by the situation, I couldn't express that as smoothly as he seemed to have. "Sorry..." he muttered, dropping the dagger and finally looking me in the eyes, "Human-side talking, you wouldn't understand,"

"I do..." I quickly declare, "Besides, none of us are completely demon... your mother was human and we all possessed humans' bodies, so their essence is still inside of us... Thing is, I've spent so long in this human-vessel... I'm starting to feel what it feels,"

"Are you trying to say," Anti interjected slightly, seeming just as mind blowing as I was before, and still feel now, "That the human you possed all those years ago is the one who fell in love with (Y/n)?"

"No," I shook my head violently, banishing the very thought from my brain and turning back to look at her fragile frame, "This love is too strong to belong to anyone else. I'm the one who's so infatuated by her. But my ability to not get mad at minor things anymore, is all from him. Something has managed to make him more powerful these past few days, and he's taking over again..."

"W-what!?" Anti demanded, jumping to his feet and storming over to me, "You can't seriously be saying you're turning human again, are you?"

"I don't know..." I sigh, "and I don't know if it's caused by (Y/n) or not... but my eyes has been stinging more and more recently..."

Anti plopped on the bed next to me, taking a moment to reorganize his thoughts, "Look," I reassure, "Let's finish the research that PewDIE asked us to do, then we can worry..."

"Yes... yes you're right,"

"Besides, we always have a way of going back and undoing it all,"

Anti turned to me with somehow more confusion than before, "Really, how?"
