Dark POV

I had to give in, or I would never live it down. Besides, I was weak after such a touching moment. Of course Kitten became absolutely livid that I tried to hide the fact her old work place had just been part of the largest murder in the past few decades. She informed me that PewDIE hadn't returned since last night, and therefore must still be at the crime scene. However, she demanded she come along, and as much as I argued against it, I think my words would not sway her in the least: so I gave in.

Upon arrival, several of the city's people, who were all being restrained from going in, were all yelling for answers, even when I had none. They all seemed terrified for their safety, begging for some kind of guarantee of it. I simply ignored them and entered the premises.

PewDIE's letter had not exaggerated in the least, the dimly lit theatre hall was drenched in blood. It seemed more like someone had brought in a massive bucket of red paint, but accidentally spilt it on the already red carpet... Only the hundreds and thousands of dead bodies would distract from that mindset. I see they have made no effort in cleaning the area, as it may hide useful evidence.

I glance over my shoulder to see how Kitten is holding up, but she just seemed... intrigued. Curious, as though this was some kind of secret laboratory in the basement of the castle. My mouth opened, prepared to question what was going through her mind at this moment, but I felt a tap on my shoulder, and swiftly snapped my head in front of me.

"You are here," PewDIE greeted, "And... (Y/n)..." his eyes flashed on me, showing some kind of puzzlement as to why I brought her.

"Kitten found out about this, and demanded I bring her," I explained, but it seemed to only dumbfound him more.

"So... you just... did?" Wording it like that, it did show how tame I was now becoming.. which for King of the World, it the worst possible trait.

"What are the clues?" Kitten interrupted, seeming as though she didn't even hear our previous conversation, or wanted to distract me before my mind could wander any further, and I end up forcing her home.

PewDIE let out a large sigh, then replied, "Literally nothing. There are no witnessed, the hall is soundproof, all humans are gone but no finger nor footprints to show any evidence of humans, or even a single human, but I imagine it would take more than one to do all of this,"

"Yes, let's not be insulting to the one responsible," she responded, but soon gestured for him to continue,

"Yes..." PewDIE muttered softly, then heightened the strength of his voice, "Anyway, it would also take more than one demon to do all of this, unless they were as strong as Darkiplier, but even then, there would be magic residue EVERYWHERE if that was true. But not a trace of anything,"

"But, there's a magic counselling spell," Kitten argued, taking us both by surprise. I suppose she could tell we were both dumbfounded as to why she would know this, so she answered our thoughts by saying, "I've been reading many spell books since... well now I can cast spells, and I found a spell call... something 'consilium'? I don't know, it was latin,"

"I know the spell exists, but, again, they would have to be as strong as the King to perform such a spell," PewDIE retorted,

"Why do you assume no one else in the world is alike with Dark?"

PewDIE froze, staring intensely at her. His mind was hard at work, it was visible to see. I imagine something in what she said completely flew over my head, or perhaps he was completely at a loss of a retort.

"Alright, I'm going to go search around while you two argue," I say, breaking the tension surrounding them both. I hurry down one of the aisles, trying to find anything to get occupied with. As I did, I had time to reflect.
