                                              My Secret

Everyone has secrets. Sometimes our secrets haunt us sometimes our secrets are dark sometimes secrets are kept concealed but eventually, our secrets manifest themselves in plain sight sometimes our greatest secrets are eventually exposed in light for the world to see.......

Gifted:

Lately, I had been feeling extremely "sick" to make matters worse, we all had to meet up with Devon Richardson for some type of meeting later on.

"What the meeting was about??"

I had no idea

I had been feeling really sick, and nauseous ever since I started throwing up a couple of days ago. Due to me throwing up "excessively," I decided to schedule an appointment, with the doctor to confirm if what I had been feeling was true.

I knew this feeling to well because it was the same exact symptoms,
I had when I when I was pregnant for the first time.

The meeting wasn't scheduled to take place until later on tonight, so I decided to schedule the appointment in the morning.

I sat in the waiting room waiting for fate to reveal the obvious, and of course, she revealed, I was in fact, "pregnant" with Devon's child inside of my womb.

I sat outside the limousine motionless at the fact, that I was pregnant with Devon Richardson's child growing inside of my stomach.

He could never know about this baby this is a "secret" I would have to take with me to the grave.

Little did I know, this secret would eventually come back to haunt me in the worst possible way.

I was feeling tired and exhausted but despite how I felt, I decided to do hang out with Chris at the bar before we went to the meeting.

I winded up getting drunk.

"Yes, me drunk" as I took shot after shot."

Chris watched in silence as I consumed the contents, and allowed them to numb the agony, I was feeling from the inside."

I was hurt, humiliated, embarrassed, rejected, despondent, and filled with agony. I was having a baby by yet, another man, who could give two shits about me. I just wanted to numb the pain and make it all go away.

"I didn't pay attention to the cramping I had been feeling all day or the little spots of "blood" that crept in between my thighs prior to me coming which indicated, I was on the verge of losing his baby."

"Maybe if I had paid attention to it, I would have noticed it, just maybe, I wouldn't have ended up in the situation I had been in when the darkness filled the sky." "My cramping got worse, but I just viewed it as a sign, that I needed to eat."

"Gifted, oh no what have I done???" Chris said as he continued to watch me take shot after shot.

" Devon is going to kill me," he said as he picked me up and carried me to the limousine.

We were running late, and Chris let me get drunk.
