Leo didn't want to leave Calypso, but looks like he had no choice.
Please let it be ok, Leo thought, I don't want to yell at Emily, but if it comes to that...
"Hello, Liam Caldes." Said Mr. D, emerging out of the trees.
"Leo. Valdez. What do you want?" Leo asked standing up.
"I need to talk to you, that girl was a perfect distraction so I could get you alone."
"What do you mean?" Leo asked. It felt like an elephant was sitting on his chest. Why couldn't Mr. D tell Calypso?
"Well I heard you talking to Chiron this morning. I heard you say that you 'never get to go anywhere' so it got me thinking. Finally me and Chiron-"
"Chiron and I." Leo corrected. Mr. D glared daggers at him.
"Chiton. and. I. have decided to send you to boarding school."
"WHAT?!" Leo shouted. "I get back from a life threading quest."
"That was three mounts ago."
"NOT TO ME!" Leo said. "I was asleep for two of those, crazy for one. Can you give me a break."
"You don't get any cuts. Even though you saved the world, so did all of your friends and they still go to school. Don't worry it's the same school as most of them. Except those two Roman kids. Now I have better business to attend to so good bye." He said and walked off the way he came. A few seconds later the door opened.
"LEO!" Calypso said attaching herself to him. At least that went ok.
"I'm fine." Leo said hugging her back.
"What happened? Are you hurt?" Calypso said putting his head in her hands scanning his face.
"I'm not hurt." Leo said taking her hands off his face.
"Then what happened?" Calypso said. Leo looked at Emily.
"I'm going to let you to talk. I have to pack for my quest anyway. Stay safe." Emily said and ran.
"Let's go inside." Leo said taking her hand.
~
"THEY ARE WHAT?" Calypso screamed, outraged. Leo stood and stopped her pacing bye standing in front of her. He pulled a strand of hair of of her face and took her hands. He kissed her. If he was leaving tomorrow he wanted to kiss her as much as he could.
He pulled away. "They are sending me to school. I won't be able to come back till winter break in a few weeks." This sucked. He didn't want to leave but he had to.
"I-I don't want any one to take you away from me, again." Calypso said barring her head in the notch of his neck.
"Neither do I but it won't do any good to fight against them." Leo whisper into her ear. They were silent for a long time until the dinner horn wrung.
Leo and Calypso broke apart and he started walking towards the door when Calypso pulled him back and kissed him. She ran his fingers through his hair and he hugged her waist tightly.
"I love you." Calypso sniffled.
"I love you too." Leo said hugging her one more time. "Let's go to dinner."
They walked in silence into the dinning hall sitting down at the table of the seven (some people called it.) They were all laughing and smiling.
"Hey guys!" Piper said. She saw there faces and her smile melted. "Is something wrong?"
"They're separating us." Calypso said. Leo handed her spaghetti. "They're sending Leo to your guys boarding school."
Piper frowned. "Are they ever going to leave you alone Leo?" Piper said.
"Probably not."
"Well they have visiting days at the boarding school. Once a month. Plus we can iris message. Also winter breaks in a few weeks we got to come back because of...'family problems'," Jason said. "At least you'll be able to see each other some times."
"Yes that's true." Calypso said but she still seemed sad.
"It will be ok." Annabeth said. "I go to school in San Francisco, with Hazel and Frank, I know it's hard but it will be ok." Calypso smiled.
"Which is why you two need to make the most of tonight." Piper said. "Capture the flag is after this. You playing Calypso?"
"Uh, no." Calypso said "I'm going to be making something." Leo raised an eyebrow and Calypso messily ate spaghetti "HOW DO YOU EAT THIS!"
Leo laughed and showed her how to twist it. Piper watched them like it was that puppy trying to eat a bubble picture.
The horn rang. "Capture the flag time." Leo said. He kissed her. "I will see you after."
~
Capture the flag is bad for you back.
Jason's team won and Percy wasn't that upset for once. Though Jason was soaked Percy handled it well.
Leo was really happy to see Calypso in his room when he got back. "Hey." He said laying down in the bed.
"I have something for you." Calypso said holding something behind her back. She laid in top of him.
"Oh yeah?" Leo said reaching behind her. She rolled on to her back then got up. "Are you teasing me?"
"Yes." She said. "Ready?"
"Yes. I am incredibly ready." Leo said. Calypso smiled and took out the object from behind her. It was a red and orange silk blanket Calypso flicked it and if looked like a flicking flame.
"Do you like it?" Calypso asked. Leo smiled and pulled Calypso in, wrapping the blanket around them. Kissing her. the stumbled back wards and fell on top of the bed. Leo's held her so tight he never wanted to let go. Calypso's hands played in his hair. They pulled away and looked at each other noes to noes. under the blanket it felt like nothing else mattered.
"I love it." He said. Calypso smiled, kissing Leo in again. Lacing her fingers through his curly black hair. Leo moved her jaw line. Calypso gave a satisfying sigh. Leo smiled. Calypso's hand moved down to his chest. Placing one hand flat on his chest the other still played in his hair. Leo moved by her ear.
"I wish you didn't have to leave in the morning," Calypso whispered. Leo moaned. Calypso laughed lightly. Their lips connected again. Leo could feel Calypso smiling. she pulled away and looked at him. "but I'm glad your here now." Leo smiled.
"Well, quit the chit-chat. I won't be able to see you for a few weeks. I want to remember this when I feel lonely." Leo said. Calypso laughed and their lips crashed.
