"Good morning." He told Calypso. She rolled over and buried her head into his chest. She was so warm.
"Quite night huh." She said. He wrapped her into a hug.
"No they woke up about five time." Leo told her. "You needed rest." Calypso sighed but she didn't disagree.
"Wake me up next time." She told him. Leo laughed.
"Alright. Let's go get them up. We have stuff to do today."
"Like what?"
"Well I could tell you were worried, about Liam, so I called the Apollo healing service and they made an appointment for today."
Calypso sighed of relief. "Thank you. Let's go get them up I guess."

"Hey. Morning sweeties." Calypso soothed. They hovered over their cribs. Essie's eyes fluttered open, she giggle and reached up to them. Calypso picked her up. As for Liam he still slept.
"Hey." Leo said. "hey!" He shook him a little his eyes flittered open and he smiled a crooked grin like Leo's. He reached for him and Leo lifted him up and kissed his small noes. He had dark eyes the bolted around the room looking at things. He looked at Calypso who was trying to hide her worry.
"Can you get the bottles please?" Calypso asked grabbing clothes and diapers. Leo nodded and grabbed them out of the small heating device that he made. It kept bottles warm so they were ready when needed.
They fed them, Liam is a pain to feed, and Leo tried to change a diaper. "how do I do this?" Leo asked. Calypso held his hands and helped him.
"You put that there, then fold those over."
"That's it?"
"That's it."
"Ok. Hand me Liam's clothes." Leo said. Calypso handed them to him. Liam wore a blue shirt that said 'Mama's boy' with little kaki shorts and little dark blue Converse.
"Look at my cute little boy." Calypso said. She held Essie who was wearing a pink shirt that said 'Daddy's Girl' an little jean shirt and little Mary Janes.
"Well look at her. When did we decide that she was 'daddy's girl'?"
"When Piper went shopping yesterday realizing that we didn't have enough clothes for twins."
"Oh. I'll get the stroller."

"Thanks for letting us come in." Calypso said as they sat in the doctor office.
"No problem. I'm Dr. Carson" Said the Dr. "What can I help you with." Calypso looked at Leo with concern. Leo nodded, telling her if she chokes up he'll be there.
"Well...Liam here, hasn't cried, whinnied no sounds at all." Calypso said, he could tell that she was trying to keep her feelings in check
"So do you think he's mute?" The Dr. Carson asked.
"No...He won't respond to noise, like when his sister cries loudly..." she chocked up.
"Like this morning." Leo finished. "He would only respond to our voices."
"Hm. I seen something like this before. There's two things he could be, one a late bloomer and a deep sleeper, two he could be deaf." Calypso nodded her head, her eyes watery. Leo was trying to control his emotions, afraid that his hands would burst into flames. "follow me"
They followed her into a small room with a scanner. She held out her hands for Liam. "I-is that safe?" Calypso asked. The doctor was about to explain when Leo held up his free hand.
"Sunshine, I made it. It's safe." Leo reassured her. She looked at him funny and he pointed to the side where sure enough was the mark of Leo and Calypso's garage. The mark if Hephaestus inside a sun. Calypso sighed of relief and gave Dr. Carson Liam.
"This will scan his brain so I can see the part of his brain that controls his speech and hearing, to see if it's damaged." Calypso sat in the chair and Leo put one hand on her shoulder, cradling sleeping Essie with the other. After a few minutes Dr. Carson took him out of the machine.
"Well..." Calypso said standing up.
"It will take a few minutes to show, why don't you go sit in the waiting room."
"Okay thank you." Leo said before Calypso could protest. They walked into the waiting room and sat in the corner of the room. Calypso bounced Liam on her knee and held his little hands well Essie slept.
"Hello." Said a voice. Nico. He was still pale as always with his dark hair hanging over his eyes.
"Hi." Calypso said. "What are you doing her?"
Nico shifted uncomfortably. "Helping my dad with some business. What are you two- I mean four doing here?" Nico smiled down at his kids, Maybe the ghost king had a soft spot for babies.
"Liam's having issues." Calypso said, Nico looked like he understood and didn't ask anymore about it.
"Well I hope everything is ok-" he was about to say something else when Dr. Carson came out. He looked behind him and nodded. "I'll see you guys later." He said leaving the room quietly. Dr. Carson walked up, her eyes filled with concern. Panic rolled across Leo. Calypso grabbed his hand tightly. Dr. Carson bent down and put her hand over theirs.
"I'm so sorry."
