Calypso saw Leo at the end of the room. Laughing and eating blue cookies. Percy, Piper, and Jason were there. It looked like Percy's mom and Pipers dad were there. Some other girl was there laughing. Calypso heart pumped. Leo's head turned and looked her direction. His eyes light up.
She couldn't contain her self any longer. Calypso ran towards him. Leo rand towards Calypso. They clashed together. "Gods I missed you." She whispered in his ear.
"I missed you too, sunshine." he said grabbing Calypso's side with one arm, his other hand gripped her hair. Calypso looked at his face. A slight bruise was on his cheek. She touched it lightly.
"What happened?" He smiled shyly.
"Not as many people are as nice to me as you." He said. "You know what would make me feel better?"
"What in hades would make you happy, Valdez?" He looked behind him. The girl stared at us jealously. Leo looked back at Calypso and evil grin on his face.
"Well, you can kiss me and let me take you to lunch." He said. Calypso mimicked his grin.
"Gladly." She leaned in and kissed him. As her eyes slid shut she saw the girl walk away angrily. She didn't care. She sucked in his warmth and smell. Leo pulled away.
"Lunch?"

Calypso wasn't expecting the fancy restaurant. Nyssa took her to lunch one day and she said it wasn't anything fancy. I guess this was fancy "Can you afford this?"
"I did a lot of dishes..." Leo said. "Yes I can."
"Chiron gave me some money. I can help..." He kissed Calypso the cheek.
"It's fine." He turned to the waiter. "Table for two please?" Leo asked politely. The waiter just smiled and grabbed two menus.
"This way." Calypso took Leo's hand. They followed the waiter down the isles of tables. "here we are."
They sat down. The table was in the corner no one was really here. There were a few people on the other side, besides that it was just them.
"Thank you." Calypso said. The waiter nodded and left.
"What do you want?" Calypso opened the menu and her eyes widened.
"What language is this?"
"English. The language your speaking."
"Well...Hermes taught it to me when it was invented but I don't read it." Leo sighed.
"How about pasta." He offered.
"Leo, I don't know what that is." Calypso said.
"It sounds like you need to be in school, not me." Leo said laughing as he scanned the menu.
"I'm three thousand years old, I don't do school." Leo laughed.
"I think you'll like pasta, It's easier to eat than spaghetti." Leo said. Calypso laughed. She swore every time she laughed Leo smiled a little more. Maybe because of the many times she's cried.
"What are you getting, hero?" She asked calming her self.
"Spaghetti." He said looking at her strangely.
"What?"
"Have you ever laughed that hard?" Leo asked.
"What do you mean?"
"Like, have you laughed so much you cried?" He said. Calypso bit her lip.
"No I don't think so." Leo smiled and started playing with a fork.
"Then that's my goal." She have him a quizzical look. "One day I'm going to make you laugh so hard, you'll cry."
Calypso smiled. "ok, hero."
The rest if lunch was mostly small chat and laughing, but not until she cried, not yet at least.

Saying good bye was awful. Calypso started crying. "Hey it's ok, I'll see you during winter break. Ok?" Leo said holding her head in his hands.
"Ok." Calypso sniffled. Leo pulled her into a hug.
"Leo!" Said the girl.
"Oh hey! Calypso this is Jaclyn. Jaclyn, Calypso."
"Calypso...What an interesting name." A horn honked. Calypso pulled Leo into a kiss. She pulled away, sadly. She wanted to stand on that sidewalk all night kissing him.
"I'll see you at winter break. Ok?" Leo said, smiling.
"Ok." Calypso said taking on last deep breath of him until winter break.
"Come back to me?" She asked walking towards the car, backwards so she could see all she could of him. Leo laughed which made her heart pump faster.
"Always."
