Eya's POV

I'm here at the park and i'm lost in my own thoughts. Something just happened. Something has been revealed to me and I'm still in denial. It can't be.. I wish i was just dreaming. I wish this is all just a bad dream and any moment i'll wake up.

*sighs*

"Tsk tsk. Pouting again."

Tumingin ako sakanya.

Me: "russ. Ikaw pala."

Russell: "why do i always find you here alone?"

Me: "maybe you're stalking me."

Natawa siya. Umupo siya sa tabi ko. He's looking at my face. Why do i feel like he knows what i'm thinking? What i'm feeling? Like he knows the truth already?

Russell: "i was calling you but you're not answering. Inisip ko na baka wala ka sa bahay and you're not bringing your phone. And i tried to think of a place where you could be. I thought of this place."

Pfft. His cute tagalog accent. I'll miss that.

Russell: "so, what happened?"

Tumingin ako sa malayo. I can't look at russell when i have this bitterness in my heart.

Me: "what happened?" I repeated his question with a grimace. "Life happened russ. That's what happened."

Hindi ko lang talaga mapigilang maging bitter sa life ngayon. Nakakainis. Nakakagago na ang buhay minsan. Ang daming twist and turns.. at kapag masyadong mataas ang lipad mo, siguradong masakit ang bagsak. Kung masyado kang masaya, siguradong matinding kalungkutan din yung kapalit. Leche lang diba?

Russell: "eya.. i.."

Parang may gusto siyang sabihin pero hindi niya masabi. Kinakabahan ako. Alam niya ba? Pero paano?

Me: "you what russ?"

Russell: "ahm.. yesterday.. i saw you.. at the hospital.."

Nanlaki yung mga mata ko. Narinig niya kaya? No.. please no.. i'm not yet ready na sabihin sakanila.

Me: "russ.."

Russell: "i was there with my mom for her monthly check up. I heard your voice. I saw you. I was about to approach you but.. i heard everything."

Me: "everything?"

Russell: "i didn't mean to but yes. Everything."

So he knows.. he already knows.. hanggang saan yung narinig niya? Well, at least hindi ko na kailangan iexplain kay russell.

Me: "i still can't believe it russ.."

Russell: "are you planning to tell the others?"

Me: "i don't know.. i mean, yes ofcourse i want to tell them. I just don't know if i can.. it's so hard.." *sighs*
