Chapter 9:

(The Next Day)

(Shawn's POV)

I was still in Utah and so were the girls. I don't want to get my hopes up with Alyson but I was started to develop a small crush on her. But i knew she didn't feel the same. Who would want to be with someone that is famous and would get hate for dating me.

I was going to be asking her friends for advice to see what they had to say and if they said yes then I was going to ask her to be my girlfriend before I left to go back on tour.

Alyson was out right now getting us some lunch. And in their hotel room was just the girls and I. I was making myself some coffee, yes I was drinking coffee at 1 in the afternoon.

I was waiting for my coffee to finish brewing when I herd the girls coming into the kitchen. "Is there any coffee left?" Valeria asked. I nodded as the machine stopped. We all grabbed ourselves some coffee and just sat on the island.

"I have to ask you guys something. But please be honest with me, its about Aly." I told them, they nodded and I took a deep breath.

(Alyson's POV)

I had offered to go get our lunch so Shawn wouldn't get mobbed by the fans while he was here. I was at Subway waiting for our orders to be ready. There were a few more people in front of me so I knew it would take a while.

I was on my phone scrolling thru Twitter to see if it would pass some time.

(Shawn's POV)

"Okay, what I wanted to ask you guys is if you guys would be okay with me dating your best friend?" I asked and prepared myself for the worst. "We would love that, we both know that Aly has always had a crush on you so I'm sure she will say yes." Nayeli said for her and Valeria.

After they said yes, we just stayed in the kitchen and just had the most random conversation. I wasn't even sure what we were talking about half the time.

(30 Minutes Later)

Alyson just came back from getting us lunch and we were all in the living room just watching TV and enjoying our lunch.

Aly didn't suspect a thing and that's one thing I was glad about. I just hope I can make it thru these next few weeks and not let the secret slip. And I'm hoping the girls don't let it slip either because then it would ruin the surprise. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
