Chapter 26:

(Lazy Days)

(Shawn's POV)

It's been a few days since mine and Aly's engagement and everyone from the fans and our families have been super supportive.

Today we didn't feel like doing anything so we were just going to spend a day inside and probably just watch movies.

"Morning babe," Aly said coming up behind me as I was in the kitchen making us both breakfast. "Morning baby," I said turning around and giving her a kiss.

"How'd my fiancé sleep?" I asked her. "I slept good, and I love the sound of that." She said.

"I do too," I said kissing her forehead as she went to the fridge to get juice.

"Breakfast, m'lady." I said setting a plate in front of her. "Thank you," she said. "This is so good," she said eating the french toast and bacon I made.

After breakfast we headed into the living room and started watching the news.

BREAKING NEWS: Shawn and his girlfriend Alyson are officially engaged! Shawn proposal was simple but it seemed like a special moment for the couple.

After she said that they showed a picture of when we were outside the stadium by where the tour buses were.

"What movie you want to see?" I asked Aly. "The Beauty & the Beast," She said, I nodded and headed to the cabinet where she had all of the movies.

I put in the movie and went back to the couch where she was sitting. I sat down and wrapped my arm around her waist she then leaned her head on my shoulder.

I don't know what I would do if she wouldn't have said yes. I would have probably left Vegas and cried for days.

The few hours were spent watching movies in the living room till she was starting to get bored.

"What do you want to do?" I asked her. "Swim?" She asked. I nodded and we headed outside.

We didn't even care to change we went in with the clothes we had on. I jumped in and Aly jumped in after me.

(Alyson's POV)

We had just finished watching The Fast and the Furious 7 and we decided to go out back and go in the pool.

We didn't feel like changing so we got in with the clothes we were wearing. Shawn got in first then I did right after him.

"Shawn!" I yelled as I felt him push me underwater. "Why'd you do that?" I asked him, laughing. "Oops!" He said and started swimming away from me. He didn't get to far though, I caught up and pulled him in for another kiss.

Next thing I know he pulls me over his shoulder and throws me back in the water.

"SHAWN!!"

"You love me though!" He yelled and we just kept goofing off.

"I never would have thought I would be dating my idol."

"I never would have thought I would be dating a fan."

"What do you want to do after high school?" He asked.

"I don't know, I might go into photography."

"I'm living the dream, and I would love if you would join me at one of my shows one day. Like sing a song with me."

"I would love too, babe."

(An Hour Later)

We just got out of the pool and now we are just lounging around in the living room. We didn't know what to watch so we decided to do a Twitcam.

@ShawnMendes: @AlysWorld and I are bored so we decided to do a Twitcam in 5. :)

I went up to my room to go get my laptop for the Twitcam. I came back downstairs and Shawn had moved everything out of the way so we could set my laptop down and set up.

"Hey guys! Ask anything you want!" Shawn said into the camera and I sat next to him waiting for questions to come in.

"How's it dating a celebrity, Alyson?"

"It's hard at times but we get through it." I said.

"How's tour, Shawn?"

"It's going good, going back in a few weeks." Shawn said.

"When's the wedding?"

"We don't know yet because of tour. But hopefully soon." I said and grabbed Shawn's hand in mine.

(About an Hour Later)

"Well that's all the time we have, goodbye guys. And thank you for coming on, see you on tour!" Shawn said and we both waved at the camera.

"There so sweet," I said. "I couldn't have asked for better fans." He said.

We were in the middle of making some coffee. We didn't want to go to sleep just yet so we decided to stay up so we had coffee.

After we made the coffee we went back into my room and just laid in my bed. I turned on the TV and we started watching a random TV show that was on.

(A Couple Hours Later)

Shawn fell asleep like 20 minutes ago and I was probably going to head off to bed soon too. It was now 3am and I think we are going to be busy tomorrow.
