Saturday seemed to be completely empty of activities. Dove wanted to go see the movie that the cinema was playing, but her mom had to work and Dove had no one to go with. Plus, she didn't have a lot to money considering she only worked four hours a week. Her boss was a family friend and she'd be called in whenever they needed an extra hand, which was okay.
But it was when her mother left the house when the boredom hit her full on. There was almost nothing to do besides messaging the boy in her thoughts, but she knew he was probably still sleeping. It was ten o'clock where she was, which meant it was seven where he was. She didn't like not bring able to talk to him very often, but it was how it was supposed to be for some reason.
Either way, she grabbed her laptop, forced it open and then clicked into her email, which was already logged in. She had two notifications for YouTube, but besides that, one email from the special someone that somehow always made her smile.
'Dear Maxi moo moo,
I hope you like your new nickname, because I sure do. Maybe I'll change it every few days just to give you a little change. Are you doing okay? I feel like your email went a little rushed. I know you don't like me asking, I just worry, you know?
And as for the description you've guessed for me, you were close. My hair is a light brown, has light waves and has purple tips. Betcha didn't see that coming. Also, my eyes are green so I'm like your clover. And my lips, well, they're lips. Not much colour on them unless I poke at them until they get irritated.
But yeah. I hope you're okay and if you need me to Skype you or anything, I totally can.

She closed her laptop after pressing send and sunk into her bed as if it were the ocean. It was a water bed, after all.
