Chapter 19 - Something New?

Louis' P.O.V

            Everyone was clearly in a better mood after the trip to the hospital. Who wouldn't be? Liam looked healthy, and it looked like everything was going to go uphill from here.

            "What are everyone's plans for tonight, then?" Harry asked. Everyone but Danielle decided to come over to our place for a bit.

            "Well me and Niall wanted to get some...er...shopping done, so we were planning on leaving in an hour or so." Zayn spoke up.

            "Kayls and I were going to go out for dinner." I mention, looking over and smiling and the gorgeous girl I get to call my own. Kayleigh blushes and turns to look out the window.

            "Me and Kath are going to have a movie night-"

            "We are?" Kath interrupts Harry.

            "Yes, I got new movies and everything...and what about you Ems?"

            "I have to run a few...errands for most of the night." Emma mumbles, before making a break for the other room. It's been weird lately. Emma seems distant, like she's hiding something from the rest of us.

            "So, where we going Tommo?" Kayleigh asks, cuddling up to me on the couch.

            "I don't know babe...what about, a picnic in the park?"

            "Hmmmmmm. I don't know, I mean, the grass is probably wet, and there will be bugs and..."       

            "Aw come on love...don't make me." I warn playfully.

            "Don't make you what?" Kayleigh giggles, a smile on her face.

            "They don't call me Tommo the tickler for no reason!" I laugh, pointing my fingers toward her stomach. The realization hits Kayleigh's face and she jumps up off the couch.

            "Don't. You. Dare. Tickle. Me. Louis Tomlinson." Kayleigh warns, backing away from me. I leap off the couch and in one swift movement; I pick Kayleigh up, and swing her over my back.

            "LOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! PUT ME DOWNNNNNNNNNNNNN!" Kayleigh laughs, as I start spinning her around.

            "NEVERRR!" I shout, spinning her faster.

            "LOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I'LL DO ANYTHING!"

            "Anything? If I put you down, will you kiss me?"

            "Fine, fine, fine!" Kayleigh laughs as I drop her on the couch, pinning her arms down.

            "Now, you have to kiss me." I smile, leaning down so my face is right in line with Kayleigh's.

            "Oh...do I have too?" Kayleigh whines, with a smile on her face.

            "Don't make me tickle you!" I grin. Kayleigh grins back, and I release my grip on her arms. She puts her arms around my neck and her lips brush mine. I start to kiss her neck, when she moans quietly.

            "WOAH DERE! Children...get a room!" Niall calls, and I hear Zayn and Emma laugh.

            "Maybe we should go on that picnic now...before things get too out of hand." Kayleigh says cheekily.
