4-"i want you"

Me and Simon talked for a while longer, getting to know each other better.

Around half an hour later, Vik came downstairs and joined the conversation.

"Anyone hungry?" A tired JJ says, as he walks into the room.

A wave of agreement went all through the room, then JJ say "I'm not going out though, someone get takeaway"

Seconds later, the only people who hadn't said:
"I'm not"
were me and Ethan.

"Well, I haven't got a license and Jade is too young to drive, so someone will have to go with one of us, no point in 3 of us going" Ethan says, getting a laugh at the fact that he had no driving license.

"I'll go" Simon says, "you guys are playing and I'm ready to go out, unlike Vik and JJ" he laughs.

They both jump to their own defence, saying:

"I've only just got up!"

And

"I've been editing all day!"

"I'll go too, Ethan is playing and everyone else is out of the equation" I laugh.

Simon leads me to a deep red coloured Range Rover, opening the passenger side door for me.

"Thank you" I say, smiling back to him.

"So what type of music do you like?" He asks, grabbing his phone and then the AUX cord.

I grab the cord out of his hand, plugging my phone in, before saying "you'll see", smiling.

I laugh, watching him loudly singing along to Stormzy-Big For Your Boots.

The song finishes and I turn the music down, as the next song comes on.

"Does your girlfriend not come round?" I say, quickly adding "or boyfriend".

"I'm not gay and I don't have one" he replies, laughing.

"Oh really? I thought there'd be millions of girls forming a queue for the infamous Simon Minter!!"

"There is." He says, confidently, a smile on his face. "But maybe I don't want them" his smile grows as he looks at me.

"I hope you're not suggesting anything Mr. minter" I say, laughing.

"Of course not! What makes you think I'd want you anyway?" He says, smirking.

"And who says I want you?" I reply, smiling also.

I stop, evaluating the conversation we're having. Seriously? I'm having THIS conversation with someone who I've only just met, who is a best friend of my new step-brother, who I also barely know. Nice one Jade, well done.

On the other hand, he's kind of cute though.

We pull up outside Nando's and Simon says

"Stay there", before getting out of the door and coming round to open my door. He's such a gentlemen and that's cute.

"Thank you" I say, stepping out of the car.
