19- "you're cute"

"You're cute" he loudly says, carelessly, resting his head on my shoulder.

"Simon" I giggle, as he breaths heavily.

"You know Jade, I think you need another drink, and me too, you've only had like two" he says, every word slurred slightly.

"I think the last thing you need is another drink" I laugh, lightly pushing him off my shoulder.

"I'll go and get us both one, I'll be back in a minute" he says, ignoring my last comment.

He stands up and begins waking inside, I look at the others sat here on the patio out the back of our house. All of them are drunk, all but Tobi. Tobi doesn't drink like the rest of us.

The air is mild,

There's a light breeze but the walls of the house either side of me block it off slightly.

While the others talk amongst themselves, I lay my head on the back of the outdoor sofa I'm sat on.

I close my eyes, but quickly open them again as I feel the warm feel of skin against my cheek as someone sits down beside me.

I sit up, awaiting the knowledge of who this was.

I smile as I see JJ sit down beside me.

"what's up" I say, greeting him.

"me and you" he says, causing me to be confused. I can smell the alcohol on his breath, as he slurs even the most simple words.

"what do you mean?" I say, giggling slightly.

"I think we'd be--" he stops, but not out of nervousness, he's just so drunk he can barely think. "I think we'd be good together, yeah" he finally says.

"oh um" I say, but he cuts me off, pressing a finger to my lips.

"shhhhhh" He says, "you don't have to say anything Jade" a smirk now on his face.

He takes his finger away, leaning closer, as I feel his warm breath against my skin.

I thought he was going straight to my face, but instead he gets close to my ear, "I know you want me too" he whispers.

"Oh I, uh no I--" he cuts me off, and his lips are now on mine, so overwhelmed, I struggle to pull away.

I'm not kissing back, just sort of, accepting it for a second.

I don't know why I'm doing this, it's probably the alcohol, I don't know.

It soon ends when he is forcefully pulled away. Thankful, I look up to whoever it was who yanked him away.
