Chapter 10- And the fun begins Ty

So. This should be interesting. The bell had just rung, and I was walking down the halls- I had found out that Sky's locker was actually relatively close to mine. I got my bag and made my way over to Sky's locker. 'What is the project, anyway?' I thought as the taller male made his way over to me. "What's this project, anyway?" I asked, tilting my head up so I could actually see him. Or-at least- everything but his eyes. "I think it's about how you take care of an animal. I think she's just curious if we can not kill an animal..." He said stifling a laugh. I chuckled. "So what animal do we have?" I asked "I think she said that when the 9th bell rings we go to pick up an animal." He said, smirking. "Alright, then leggo!" I chirped. I wasn't shy around Sky anymore. I think he's figuring me out, though. We made our way to our home room and found out that we were the last ones. "Oh, hello, Ty, Sky." She said smiling. Damn, she lightens up fast. "What animal is left?" Sky asked, looking around. "This little guy~" she said holding up a small, quilled ball. Suddenly, the ball 'grew' a snout, ears and a face. "Oh- a hedgehog!" I said smiling and taking the tiny creature from our teacher. I rubbed its head. "So, that's it?" Sky asked, watching me, obviously amused by me and the hedgehog. "Well, we better get going." I said, holding the Hedgehog close to me. "Yeah. See you later, Ms.L!" We made our way down town (no stahp) to my house. My parents were home. "N-no...no..." I said. "What? What?" Sky asked. "My parents... There home..." I said. "What's so bad about that? What- do they abuse you?" He said jokingly. I looked at him scared.

"Yes."
