// SCREAMS PLEASE DONT READ THIS IN ONE SITTING IT APPARENTLY TAKES HOURS DO YOU KNOW HOW SORRY I AM- (says the girl who sat watching every sdr2 episode in one sitting) //
//FRICK I don't really watch em anymore, how do I write this????//
.-Ty's POV-.
My crimson eyes swept over the room. I had just finished cleaning the house, and the girls were coming to pick Skylar up so Adam and I could have a night out. Not necessarily a 'Romantic Dinner Date', because, well, we're gay, and god forbid two people of the same gender love each other.
I mean, love is love right? But only if it's between a male and female.
Note the heavy sarcasm.
Like, twelve hundred elephants sitting on your ribcage heavy.
Yeah.
I looked down at my phone, sitting on the cream-colored love seat in our living room.
"They're gonna be here soon, I don't understand why you keep doing that." Adam's voice echoed through the halls as he rounded the corner, carrying a sleeping baby swaddled in two blankets.
I rubbed my eyes, knowing there were gray-purple rings underneath. "I'm aware, I just really need this. I mean we haven't-"
My voice was drowned out by a knocking sound coming from the front door. Like children, Adam and I had played rock-paper-scissors to see who was gonna hold Skylar and be "attacked" by Colleen, and who was gonna open the door and nearly be knocked over by her.
I lost, so I had to hold our little girl. The door opened, and I saw bright blonde hair appear at the doorstep, next to brunette hair. The two murmured their greetings and came over to me slowly, and I prepared to strike up a quick conversation on what to do, and ask how their doing and such- make small talk.
I was quite surprised at which the state they were in. Colleen had had a hair cut, and the tips now transitioned from gray to to black to blue, but that wasn't the most shocking. She had looked slightly tired, but I wasn't sure why. Tiffany had an identical look on her face.
"Ah, what happened to you two?" Adam asked, once returning to my side.
We were answered with a light yawn from Colleen, and Tiffany's explanation:
"Oh, right. Colleens been hooked on this anime for a while, right? Never shut up about it. Well, I decided to check it out, so she hooked it up on her xbox so we can watch it on her TV. We started watching it at nine, and didn't finish until late. We then watched up to chapter three of let's plays of the sequel." She simply stated, rubbing her face with her hands.
"I- Uh- Alright?" Adam mumbled, taking the baby from me and handing her to Tiffany, seeing as her neko companion looked about ready to fall over.
"Okay, let's go home then. Enjoy your night you two~" The blonde haired girl finally piped up, following the two brunettes out the door, and lightly closing it, her sweatshirt fluttering behind her.
"You noticed her hair, right?" I asked, blinking.
"Yeah. And I'm guessing that's what her shirts from- and all the belts she had on. One was even crooked." Adam replied, confused.
Remind me again how they're so alike?
//oh my god I'm sorry-//
