I woke up again the next day.I knew I was in the hospital for cutting, but that's about it. Who took me here, anyway? A nurse came in, and I asked her that. "Oh! Your friends did." "Oh. Do you know if they'll be back?" I asked politely. It hurt to try to remember. "Oh- the same people who came here yesterday are here. They just wanted to make sure you weren't still out cold!" She said as she walked out to get who I could barely remember to be Mitch, Jerome and Sky. "Hey dood." Mitch said, leading the two other males into the room. I sat up. "Hey guys." I said. "Hey. We heard about the memory loss. Do you have it?" Jerome asked, looking *slightly* worried. "Yeah, I think. All I can remember is waking up yesterday." I answered. "I'd try to remember, but it hurts..." I murmured. Sky looked upset, but I decided it'd be best not to ask him so I don't remind him, and he forgets. "Wait- it actually does hurt? Damn, that sucks." Mitch said, thinking. "Yeah. Do you know when I can get out of here?" I asked, trying to change the subject. "You lost a lot of blood, Ty..." Sky said, looking sadder. (IS THAT A WORD? xD ) I stayed silent. An awkward silence spread across the room. "...Is- Is there anything I should remember that's important?" I asked, looking down still. Mitch, Jerome and Sky all looked upset that I couldn't remember, and that it pained me to be missing what had made my day before. "You'll figure it out- we should go, we'll be back after school tomorrow." Mitch said as Jerome comforted Sky for, unknown reasons, at least, unknown for me.
