Chapter 80: Mommy and Daddy- Ty

Also the new wattpad update (don't know how old it is I only updated last night) sucks. Took me way to long to figure out how to log out. Onto le story~

Ty's POV

We were home now, and we were in the process if settling. Adam was *attempting* to put together a crib for the baby, and I was bouncing Skylar on my hip.

I knew I would have to bring up a certain something after a bit of time, and I figured waiting could be dangerous, but I wasn't going to end up in another fight because of it.

A groan came from Adam attempting to put together two pieces of wood. I chuckled and sat on a chair by him, Skylar in my lap.

"Is daddy having trouble?" I said in a baby voice. 'Daddy...' I thought. It sounded funny, because we were new parents, and we were young.

Oh, and were both guys, of course, but that's not really why. Considering were in a relationship for a couple months where I got pregnant within the first-third month or so, and I'm a demon while he's an angel.

"Yeah, daddy is having trouble, why doesn't mommy try?" Adam replied, smirking.

I blushed a light pink color but murmured "Mommy has to take care of Skylar because daddy will try to take the kid squid hunting or teach her how to sing!" I grinned.

Adam groaned. "Do we need to call Mitch and Jerome for help?" He asked, turning away from the pile of wood. I shrugged.

"Maybe Colleen and Tiff would be a better bet." I said, thoughtfully. "I mean, motherly instincts, Y'know?"

Adam murmured an agreement while I gave him Skylar, who immediately squealed and grabbed into his nose. I chuckled and called Tiffany's phone.

She answered right away and in the background I heard Colleen yelling and singing.

"And I can tell just what you want! You don't want to be alo-o-o-one! You don't want to be alo-o-o-one!" Her voice said. I could imagine her dancing around her and Tiffany's house holding a hairbrush to her face, her cat ears flicking in pure delight.

"Colleen, hush for a minute! I'm on the phone!" Tiffany yelled. A muffled sorry came from the other end, and I chucked. "Hey Ty, what's up?" She said, perking up. The song in the background changed and Colleen was humming quietly along. I figured she was next to Tiffany, listening.

"Hey Tiff, Colleen. I was wondering if you guys could, erm..." I started realizing how not ready Adam and I were.

A chuckle came from the other end, followed by a whine of "What? What did he sayyyyy?"

"Having trouble already? Yeah, we'll be over in a bit." Tiffany said.

I grinned and thanked her, and within about fifteen minutes the pair was at our house.

Colleen gave a lopsided grin and asked Adam what he was having trouble with. I figured that it would be better if Tiffany had gotten the baby.

After an hour, we had a crib. And Adam had done just about nothing, pathetically enough.

"That was fun." Tiffany said, handing Skylar back to me. She reached out to Tiff, babbling nonsense. The brunette grinned, and shook the babies hand. That pleased Skylar as she cuddled into my hold after, yawning.

Colleen and Adam were fooling around, and quickly caught Skylar's attention, and she had begun laughing.

"Hah! Told you I could get the baby to laugh without trying to!" Colleen said to Tiff triumphantly.

She shook her head, and took Colleen by the sleeve. "We should get going. Don't want to keep you tied down here." She murmured.

I nodded. "Thanks. Talk to you again soon, I guess." I waved as they walked out the door.

"They're an odd pair. I would have never thought they'd be friends, they're pretty different." Adam remarked.

I nodded, hearing Tiffany let out a small scream before laughing as we saw Colleen walk past with the brunette on her back. She waved at us, winking and sticking out her tongue.

Adam and I grinned, before turning to move the crib to our room.
