Adam's POV:

The rest of the day involved a lot of pointless babbling with Mitch and Jerome, but personally, what Mitch had told me was still on my mind. Don't get me wrong, I didn't think it could be true, but do you ever have that little tiny voice in the back of your head that always says otherwise?

Yeah. Well I had it.

I guess Ty figured out how uneasy I was, and before our friends headed out the door he told me he had to ask me something. Of course, before I could reply Mitch and Jerome yelled, "Goodbye~!", shared a kiss, and ran out.

"So," I turned to my lover, "What did you wanna ask me, now?"

He sighed. "You seemed really tense today," Ty pointed out, "is everything okay?" You could see the worry glittering in his eyes, which I could understand, because I haven't been like this, at all, since we got the... News and all.

"I'm fine, babe," I lied through my teeth, "Just school's insane is all."

The teenager gave me an unamused glance. "Yeah. Okay," he 'hissed,' unconvinced.

I let a sigh escape my lips in response. "Ty, honestly, I'M FINE," I emphasized, desperate to make the point clear. He just shook his head.

"Whatever," the boy sighed, "Nevermind." On that note, he turned and retreated upstairs, and that gave me a moment to think about the fact that his and Mitch's suggestions were almost identical.

Not going to lie, that was weird.
