Adam's POV:
I was still guilty about allowing Ty to leave when he was pregnant.
Not to mention he left his own house, like, what the hell was that?
I was desperately trying to not pass the speed limit driving (more like flying) to the hospital, but it was hard when the only thing crossing my mind right now was: "Ty's in labor with 2 girls and Mitch and Jerome in the room. And not you." That did not help at all. It was taking a good long time, and would have even if I did speed, because I must have gotten stuck behind traffic at least four times. It wasn't pleasant - I was more uneasy than I think I've ever been.
-Timeskip because I know you people want this-
I rushed through the hospital doors, heading over to the receptionist at the front counter, eyes wide, "Tyler Lox?" I asked/told her hurriedly, and she turned to her computer, typing furiously and adjusting the black glasses on her face, squinting to, probably, read something.
The woman looked back at me, nodding and then waved a male nurse over (wut).
"Take this gentleman to room 432 (random ass number)," she insisted, and I couldn't help but smirk at 'gentleman.'
He guided me down a hallway, a few sharp turns involved, but we got there after a minute or two, me still extremely eager to get inside. He shot me a smile at the door and said, "head on in." With his approval, I 'dove' forward and flung the door open, looking around the room and spotting:
A girl with blonde hair, blue eyes and gray cat ears. I'd be lying if I said she wasn't fidgety.
Another girl with long, straight (ITS LIES ALL LIES) brunette hair, almost like Ty's, and blue eyes. She wasn't as anxious looking, but she did look concerned as all hell, and kept shooting glances at Ty.
And Mitch and Jerome were there, too.
I then looked over at the hospital bed, where Ty was, face scrunched up in pain, expression ranging from anger to desperation to sadness (idek). I felt a smile creep onto my face. Even though he was in pain, I was thrilled he was okay, and thrilled there was no baby on the scene yet.
"Ty!" I yelled, rushing to his side, and he forced his eyes open, smiling widely at me and hesitantly throwing his arms around me. "Oh my God, Ty, I'm so sorry," I cried, "I was stupid to get all worked up I should've known that-"
"Shut up," Ty croaked, pulling away for a moment, "Just kiss me, damnit," he pleaded.
I smirked at him, then leaned forward just an inch or so, bringing lips to lips. As usual, they molded together perfectly. However, this was just a simple meeting of lips- a sweet one at that- and nothing more.
And I couldn't be more happy with that.
