Adam's POV:
So he's a demon?
And I'm an angel...
Oh.
Sh*t.
That means if I touch his headset, I'll be in pain... and if he touches my amulet, he'll get hurt...
But we can't take them off, either.
I stared at him for a long time, "I..." Sighing, I pulled him close again, avoiding contact with his headset, and making sure my amulet was slung around the other shoulder, "It doesn't matter to me... As... long as we don't... you know, touch each other. I mean, like, touch each other's... accessories, I guess..." I sighed.
Well good. That sounded really awkward. (xD SKY YOU PERV.. I'm sorry o-o anywayyyyy....)
He buried his face in my chest almost immediately, "But.. We're completely different.. 'THINGS...' We c-can't.. be together..." I could hear the sob catching in his throat.
I squeezed the boy a little tighter, "Yes we can. We just have to make the best of it..."
