Hackers vs. New Allies...

One of the reasons I quit playing Minecraft was because people accused me of being a hacker, which was upsetting since I wasn't one. I had gotten tired of being killed by them all the time on hunger game servers, so I taught myself how to fight them at ease, which made non-cheaters have almost no chance against me. One of the things I learned, you ask?

Never. Hold. Still.

I looked at Gameknight at the corner of my eye- he didn't looked concerned at all. Neither did any of the other villagers. They didn't see it- they didn't know they were hackers! I ran over to Gameknight and pushed through his crowd of friends.

"Tom- Gameknight! Their hackers!" I exclaimed. He turned to me and frowned.

"How would you know?" He snapped back. I was taken back by his tone.

"They haven't done anything- you don't have anyway of knowing!" He hissed in my ear.

I leaned closer. "I saw them in a dream and they almost killed me when I was more than a hundred blocks away. They are bad news and we have no way of fighting them!" I hissed. His eyes widened.

"Did you say dream?" He said, loud enough for his friends to hear. A crimson haired girl spun in his direction.

"What happened? Gameknight, what did you dream about?" The girl snapped. I turned to her.

"It was my dream- these are hackers and they're-" I was cut off by a scream. I spun around to find one of them dressed in full, enchanted diamond armor flying straight toward us with incredible speed. A few moments later, the others joined him. I recognised the names and pulled out my sword, ready for the wave of madness.

I broke away from Gameknight's little group and ran along the side of the wall, drawing attention to me. One of them smiled and charged toward me and froze for a moment. They were trying to spam kill me, but, this being a vanilla Minecraft server, it wasn't a guest privilege you could easily access. I pulled out my bow and began to move back and forth on the wall, pausing only to fire and take aim. The hacker jumped into motion after the first arrow hit him, and thorns on his armor caused the arrow to fly back at me. I slid to the side and fired again, hitting him once more. I repeated this over and over, ignoring everything around me. He stopped out of frustration and was about to fly toward me when he paused. I heard him laugh behind his mick and I spun around to see a diamond sword streaking toward my face. I cursed myself for breaking my most important rule- never stop moving.

"Son of a-" the blade smashed into me with incredible force, then before I could fly backwards, the sword swung around and hit me again, and again. Then gravity caught up and I flew off the wall.

Pain flared through me and the wind howled in my ears. My eye eight fuzzed and I smashed into something, and my eye sight went black as pain flooded in.

...

"Hey. Hey girl, hey, wake up."

"Wakupwakeupwakeuuuuuuuup."

My eyes flooded open and my head throbbed. I moaned and my head flopped downward, only to have someone push it back up.

I opened my eyes and the world blurred into two, and my sight settled on two, bright blue eyes. I blinked and I looked a little higher to find cat ears sticking out of the top of the person's head. Odd.

I stood up and climbed to my feet, leaning against a tree to support my shakey legs. I glanced at the girl for the first time and got a good look at her.

Her skin consisted of cat ears and a tail, making me for a moment have a faint flashback of non-mincraft themed animals/mobbes. Blue shirt and something that stood out was a necklace that hung around her neck. It slightly sparked, even though we weren't in direct sunlight, and consisted of rainbow pieces, which seemed to move around as though they were alive...

"Dramatic gasp! The child lives to see the sun set! Here I am, walk-in in the forest with my friend here, Ash-" a girl from behind with a black hoodie and ripped jeans I could respect gave a shy wave-" and blamio! Some girl, you, comes plowing into a tree at a million billion miles an hour! Talk about cray cray!" The girl said. All I could think was back on her first comment. We looked to be the same age, why was I a child? I looked above her head and noticed the glowing letters forming a name, just like Tommy.

It read TheDiamondCat. Well, her name matched her outfit, that's for sure. I leaned over to look at the other girl, the one with the hoodie. She had an empty potion bottle in her hand and bright, sharp green eyes that seemed to peer into my soul. Her hair was cut oddly short and had a faint pink tint to it. Fingerless gloves wrapped around both of their hands, going along with both outfits. I finally blinked and looked around.

Where am I? I looked to the distance and saw the village- how had I gotten blasted all the way over here?!

"Of course! The Knock back 6 enchantment." I mumbled. Technically, it was an illegal enchantment, but that doesn't stop anyone, does it?

"Wait- how long have I been out?" I said, spinning to the DiamondCat girl. The girl frowned.

"Ash summoned up a potion and we woke you up a minute after you smashed into the tree. Before that, I was doing some PVP with Ash when the power flickered and..." The girl raised her hand and wiggled her fingers. " and now we're here!" She said excitedly. I frowned.

"Wait- you summoned it? So, your hacker's?!" I asked accusingly. The DiamondCat girl there her hands up in surrender.

"OK, wow! Not a big fan, I can see, but me and Ash are good- we don't go and grief stuff- that's just plain rude. We da good guys!" She yelled happily. I couldn't help but smile in amusement- this girl was a riot!

"What were you going flying through the skies? Are you a hacker?" Diamond asked. Ash just nodded encouragingly.

"No I was- OH NO! TOMMY!" I screamed. What happened?! I began to sprinting toward the village with my new allies on my tail.

"This may be quick, but can you hackers, um, help us?" I said through a clenched jaw. I really hated hackers and their constant cheating, but maybe some are different. And, we need all hands on deck.

"Yeah! That sounds like fun!- right Ash?" Diamond asked. Ash nodded. Not much for words, is she?

We approached the village and heard screams. Puffs of smoke hummed into the air and I could see the hackers through the broken wall herding the villagers to the most openly destroyed wall. I narrowed my eyes.

"Ash- see if you can slow down the hackers, DiamondCat- help me find another user." I said. They nodded firmly and Ash took off, moving at a blinding speed toward the six hackers. I silently wished her luck before sprinting with DiamondCat toward the walls.

I figured we would get a good vantage point from up there, if there was enough blocks for us to get up, that is. Flames flooded out of homes here and there, but DiamondCat hacked into the server to stop fire spread. Satisfied for now, we rushed to the wall and eventually made our way up.

I scanned the village and could see Ash doing her best to annoy the users. Every now and then, things that could be "accidents" appeared all around the six no-goods. Ash was doing a good job, especially since she had managed to not get caught, but I knew that wouldn't last for long.

I narrowed my eyes and scanned the village, but couldn't find the glowing letters 'Gameknight999' which was quite annoying. I turned to DiamondCat.

"Do you have an x-Ray vision hack?" I asked quickly.

"Yes Ma'am! What am I a lookin' for?" She asked with a western ascent. I tried not to jump of the wall.

"A user with the tag 'Gameknig-"

"Right there! Has a red head with a bow, a boy with some wolves, and a buff dude with a pickaxe. All but him of which appear to be armored villagers." She said with a salute. She frowned as she realized what she said. "Am I missing something? That sounds and looks... Odd."

"Nope that's them. Let's go!" I said, before jumping off the wall and plummeting toward the ground, over one hundred blocks below.
