The Lord of Mind looked like he wanted to protest but he did nothing. However he still looked like he was going to through up and wanted to be anywhere but here.Stiles didn't know what to feel.
Was...
This really happening?
The Grand Master was soon in front of him. He held out his hand.
"Well Mieczyslaw, what do you say?"
Stiles hesitated.
Did he really want this?
Right now?
Like this?
But if he didn't he'd just be stuck like until he died possibly, this could be his only chance at a change of life style.
Also he doubted refusing the Grand Master would go down well.
Stiles breathed in and out, gathering his courage.
Then he reached out and took the Grand Master's hand.
Suddenly the world shifted around them. Changing from one surrounding to the next. A short corridor and giant Silver doors, ancient ruins moulded into the Silver.
The Grand Master put his hand on the doors. Stiles watched in awe as the ruins lit up at the Grand Masters touched and the doors slowly opened.
Stairs, leading downwards into darkness lay before Stiles.
"You must do this alone. I shall wait here. The Silver Soul is down there, you shall know it when you see it"
Stiles heart felt like it would beat out of his chest. He was sweating. Was this fear...? Or excitement? He couldn't tell.
Stiles said seriously "Thank you for this opportunity Master"
"You better go, before I change my mind" The Grand Master replied.
But Stiles could tell that he wasn't serious.
But he took the hint, turning away.
He closed his eyes for a second.
You can do this, he told himself.
Before he opened his eyes and slowly stepped down into the darkness.
The area around dimmed as he walked, until he could barely could see his own feet at the steps and the Grand Master completely vanished from sight.
He was alone.
With that thought Stiles suddenly wanted to turn around and run. Run away and never return to this place...
But he somehow managed to continue on.
With relief his foot found solid ground and the room slowly lit up.
Balls of lights appearing out of thin air but just dimmed enough to still have shadows creeping in the corners.
The room was metal. It was bare, it almost looked like there was nothing there, on first glance.
But as Stiles walked forwards he could see a glow coming from the end of the room.
There was...a cup.
A Silver cup.
Next to the Silver cup was where the glow was coming from.
As Stiles walked to it, he let out a gasp when he finally saw what it was.
A light Silver liquid, within a rimmed pool, he noticed that ruins had been hastily scrawled into the side.
