•Chapter 26•

"You fainted for some reason I don't even know about... " Shadow said with his eyes closed.

You stared at Shadow wondering what he meant by you fainting for no reason. As you thought to yourself you began to think why you would do such a thing.

"Is that all you wanted to know...? " Shadow snapped at you.

"Hm.. Oh one more thing.. Why is Sonic in my bed sleeping with me..? " You asked gripping the cup tighter and blushing slightly.

Shadow glanced at you and just rolled his eyes, trying not to show his jealousy.

"The hell if I know. Why don't you go ask him yourself?" Shadow said as he turned his head in the other direction.

You expected Shadow to respond to something like this with attitude but not that much attitude. You looked at Shadow who now had his head turned away from you, and his arms folded.

You shook your head and just turned away. As you started to walk back inside you couldn't help but look back at the edgy hedgehog and just wonder what goes on in his head.

You walk inside the house and close the door behind you without a word. All Shadow could do was just huff out angered breaths.

As you finished your coffee you noticed that Sonic had woken up and was now sitting down on the couch.

"Oh um hey Sonic... " You said.

Sonic jumped a little since he didn't see you come in.

"Oh (Y/N) you scared me.. " Sonic said as he looked at you.

"Sorry, but hey can I ask you something..? " You asked looking down at your cup.

He looked at you nervously.

"O-oh um sure what is it?" Sonic asked smiling nervously.

"How did you get into my bed last night..?" You asked tilting your head.

"Oh well I actually went into your room just to comfort you a bit but I guess I got sleepy and fell asleep with you on the bed...hehe" Sonic laughed nervously while his muzzle was a light shade of pink.

You blushed slightly at what he had said. You couldn't believe that Sonic would fall asleep with you on your bed. But what made you more flustered was that you both cuddled with each other.

"(Y/N)? Are you okay?" Sonic asked as he got up and waved his hand in front of your face.

You jumped back almost falling on your back. But as you were about to fall Sonic wrapped his arm around your waist and caught you. You both locked eyes and blushed hard at the position you were in.

"U-uhhh.. " You stuttered out.

You both turned away from each other and blushed like mad dogs. But as this was happening, a black hedgehog walked in and stared at the both of you.

Sonic took notice of this and immediately let go of you, causing you to fall on the floor. Shadow looked at you and just shook his head. All Shadow did was just walk away from the both of you, and tried to shake the thought of what he had just seen out of his head.

Sonic could do nothing but just scold himself for what he had done. But finally Sonic realize what he had done to you.

"(Y/N)! Hey I'm sorry I didn't mean to drop you like that.. " Sonic said as he helped you up.

"Don't worry about it Sonic.. But what's up with Shadow..? " You asked looking at him.
