In that café down the road
Sitting beside you
I'll stare in your eyes
And see a bold you

Holding your hand in mine
Sipping from your cup
I'll stare into your eyes
And see your insecurities shrug

Listening to your voice
As you read our book to me
I'll stare in your eyes
And watch the shyness flee

On our little coffee date
Having a light conversation
I'll stare in your eyes
And find that one more reason

One more reason to look into your eyes again,
One more reason to be with you again...

We are sitting at the table
But you feel further away
It is a candlelight meal
But you're not feeling it today

You hide behind the menu
Though you know what you want
I wish I could yell at you
But I know that I can't

Because you're looking away
Searching for reasons to leave
I am not ready for that yet
Not ready to grieve

So I sit in the silence
Staring at your face
Praying you'll look back
Meet my eyes across the place

You ruined our romance 😩😭

It is our first date
You're full of rhymes
About stars in my eyes
These are the good times

I smile at you sweetly
Hiding my evil side
You are almost hooked now
It is the evil Queen's pride

The evil queen hides
What she can't say
But even I was waiting
Waiting for this day

To spend a whole day together with you...

The magician smiles softly
Lulling the Queen's defense
Turns out he isn't romantic
He just wants to steal her essence

There's no one in this café
That can match your beauty
Oh my darling queen
You're precious than a ruby

So said the magician
Eyeing the Queen's crown
He didn't notice the dagger
Hidden in her fine gown

She expected him to lung
To snatched her pearls away
But he just took another bite
Kept eating his lunch away

The magician nodded politely
Biding wisely his time
But he would steal her powers
By the end of this rhyme

The rhyme was nearing an end
But no action was happening
So the evil queen twitched
She decided to crush this sapling

She created her own spell
A concoction full of doubt
He was up to something
And she was ready to find out

Suddenly they heard a screech
A car broke through a window
Before it could hit the queen
Everyone saw her body glow

She glared accusingly at the magician
Sure that this was his plan
And with one sweep of her hand
Stopped the car as fast as she can

Though he didn't have a hand
He couldn't believe his luck
The queen was finally exposed
Her magic drawing the bucks

But the queen came with guards
Who whisked her away to her tower
That was the last time
She dated a magical lover

And so ends a tale
Which started with coffee and Conversations
And the ever dramatic empress
Threw in magic without a reason

And the conclusion is this
Nothing is what it seems
Not the queen, the wizard
Or their crazy little schemes

Till there are liars in this world
Nothing would stay the same
They can turn any tables down
To play their little game

Their little game of poems,
Their little game of rhymes...
