Soon as I got to the front desk Levy was shouting and waving toward me. The people there was Gajeel, Levy, Mira and Erza. "We all rushed here soon as. Gajeel's father gave us a ride" Levy explained as the head nurse looked at me with her arms crossed. She knew mine and Lucy's faces by heart. She even bonded with Lucy a little. "They are Lucy's friends too. Please let them through" I asked as she crossed her arms and nodded letting them through as I explained what happened walking to the room.
I then noticed Gajeel's father was in the group.

His father did look scary and much like Gajeel but was a kind guy. We all moved to the room to see Wendy sitting in my chair. "Natsu my mother was shouting at the nurse and made her run out the room crying. I think it worse than we thought" Wendy informed me right away as the others were shocked at her being calm and mature acting as a doctor herself. "Keep look out" I used my hand and ruffled up her hair. She only acted her age around people she trusted to see who she really was.
Wendy was badly bullied when she and her mother was in Magnolia so Wendy's mother pulled her into home schooling into becoming a doctor as Wendy wanted to be one so much. Wendy was smiling more than anything after that. "Guys this is my cousin Wendy" I turned my head to see the others as Mira started shouting how cute Wendy was and rushed to her hugging her. Wendy was in pure shock as I laughed slightly. "Showing emotion more now Dragneel boy?" Gajeel's father Metalicana spoke.
"Yeah. I am" I replied as I noticed since Lucy was finally free and able to her a life, I was able to open up to the others myself. "Wendy know what is happening?" I soon asked as Mira lessen her grip on Wendy to let her speak and breath better. "Mother is running test she is very upset with that Doctor James. He could of given her treatments that could of avoided this but I soon have heard they are a lot of money here in Magnolia" Wendy answered as I crossed my arms slightly getting annoyed at James.
"Money is not a problem with the Dragneel or Heartfilla families" Erza spoke walking over putting her hand on my shoulder. "She needs you calm and normal not wanting to murder someone else" Erza spoke as I let out a sigh nodding as I knew she was right. Wendy was being crushed by Mira's hugs as I was shocked Wendy was giggling once and awhile hugging back. She was enjoying the tight bear hugs from Mirajane Strauss. Most people nearly died. Only Laxus had ever dealt with them before.
Seemed I was allowed to add Wendy to that very, VERY short list. "Lucy is a fighter, so she will be fine right?" Levy asked sounding as worried as Wendy and I felt deep down as Gajeel put his hand on her shoulder. "Bunny-Girl will be fine" Gajeel answered as Levy smiled at him as the door opened as my Aunt came out wearing a doctors coat her eyes closed as she had a worried face. "Lucy can no longer use her right leg. She had no choice but to work on treatment right away or she will have to go into a wheelchair" she explained.
Her eyes opened as she was staring toward Metalicana in pure shock as he was doing the same confusing us all. "Grandine?" Metalicana asked in pure shock as Wendy got free from Mira and moved next to her mothers leg. "Metalicana, it has been awhile" my Aunt spoke as we was all staring between them confused. "Mum you know him?" Wendy soon asked as my eyes went onto Metalicana as everything hit me like a car. He was around the house a ton when I was younger with Gajeel around my Aunt.
When she left he stopped coming over. I started coughing in pure shock as they others looked at me worried. My Aunt knew why right away. "Natsu Dragneel if you wish to go see your girlfriend you will keep that mouth shut or I will god damn stitch it shut" my Aunt threatened making me and Wendy go pale. "Understood" I replied fast as Wendy was then confused looking toward me with her creepy planning look that matched Mira's and Erza's faces at that second. I was screwed.
"I will do some more tests then she will need to rest then you can all see her, Wendy stay close to your cousin" my Aunt spoke before heading into Lucy's hospital room. Everyone but Metalicana was around me in a second and pushed me into a chair. "Spill" they all snapped wanting to know what I was able to put together. I saw Metalicana was now trying to think as I saw he was starting to get it. "I am more scared of that woman than you lot" I replied and regretted what I said right away.
Erza and Mira both gave me their death glares as Wendy soon joined them as I felt my skin go cold. "Dude give up they wanna know" Gajeel spoke looking scared of the three females also as Levy was now hiding behind him. "Gajeel's father figured it out too. Question him to where I don't die from my Aunt" I begged as the three girls were in front of Metalicana in seconds as he glared at me as I let out a sigh of relief. Levy and Gajeel looked toward both wanting to know themselves.
"How old are you Wendy?" Metalicana soon asked as the others understood right away. Gajeel was coughing in shock like I had done as Levy was standing there in some shock. "14 nearly 15" Wendy answered still slightly confused as she never knew much about her father. My Aunt didn't want to speak of it. Wendy respected that she wasn't ready to relive the pain. "She never told me" Metalicana whispered in shock as Wendy's eyes widen in pure shock. "EH!?!?" she soon shouted loud as she could in shock.
