Once Natsu and I got ready we headed to his car outside. I saw Natsu was deep in thought and was slightly pale as I stopped walking making him do the same and look at me confused. I walked up to him putting my hand on his forehead making him look even more confused. "What's wrong?" I then asked not feeling an type of fever. Natsu rubbed the back of his neck as I pulled my hand back looking toward him worried. "Just company work Lucy. Please don't worry about it" Natsu answered smiling at me.
I knew he held things back if he thought it would hurt me. I wanted to no longer be babied in a way but with yesterday me meeting and talking with Sting and Yukino, I knew that Natsu would be holding some things to see how I was. It would last a lest three or four days. "Alright but you know I need to learn sooner or later to deal with stuff Natsu" I replied as Natsu put his hand on my waist and pulled me close to him making my cheeks burn up as he did it out of no where. His forehead on mine.
"I know. I just wish I could keep it all away so you can just live long and be happy" Natsu informed me in a whisper as I smiled slightly at him. He was smiling at me as I knew he was doing it all for me. "Now we better get going or we will be late to whatever my family is planning" Natsu spoke pulled his head away and moving his hand on my waist. He had moved his hand to grab mine as I nodded smiling more. We got into the car before Natsu started it up and took a motion sickness tablet.
It was lucky we had them. Natsu soon moved out heading off as I looked out the window smiling as thanks to Igneel I learnt more than I knew Natsu would never tell me. I was so happy that Natsu didn't see eye to eye with my father. Personally I wanted to disown him now but in a way some memories I had was him being a kind and caring person. From what I learnt he changed when my mother died and everyone found out I had the same illness that got her killed. He was once a nice and sweet man but now....
Everyone saw him as a monster at most times. I myself never did for some reason and I had a feeling it was the memories I once had with him. Once we got to the mall we parked near the front with me being ill I had a blue disability badge. Sadly with it and not being in a wheel chair many people did say some comments. It was sad how simple minded most people were. "The mall?" I asked slightly confused as Natsu was holding my hand as we walked into the mall. It was pretty crowed but able to walk around.
"Not my choice in place sadly" Natsu informed me as I saw through a window dark clouds were starting to build up outside. It wasn't the best day out but I was glad yesterday was sunny for so long. Weather itself was like my illness, unable to predict and had a mind of its own. Natsu and I soon saw Igneel as we walked over as I was staying pretty close next to Natsu in end. "You are both on time for once" Igneel chuckled getting Natsu to roll his eyes getting me to giggle at him. "NATSU!" I heard a young girls voice.
The next thing I knew Natsu had let go of my hand fast as he went falling down to the ground backwards. I laughed as a young girl was hugging Natsu who was sitting up laughing slightly. "Hey Wendy" Natsu spoke with his toothy grin as the girl stopped hugging and got onto her feet.

She was so cute. "LUCY!" Wendy shouted excited as she hugged me as I was in some shock at first. "Now Wendy what did your mother and I explain to you" Igneel spoke sounding like a father figure as Wendy pulled away from the hug rubbing the back of her neck looking guilty. "I am sorry, I forgot" she whispered as I figured out she once knew me. Igneel must of came out ahead early to explain that. "It is very nice to meet you Wendy. You are very cute" I smiled at her bending slightly to be at her height.
Wendy smiled at me as she hugged me once again. This time not in shock, I hugged back. "Lucy, this is my cousin Wendy" Natsu explained getting on his feet smiling toward the two of us girls. Wendy and I pulled away from the hug. "I have so many stories of stupid Natsu to tell you" Wendy spoke all excited and energetic, that got me to giggle. Natsu glared slightly at her as a woman walked over and passed Igneel some money. "This is Wendy's mother, Grandine" Igneel explained as I stood up.

"Nice to meet you" I spoke as Grandine smiled at me and walked over hugging me pretty tight. I was slightly shocked but they must of once known me just like the others. I had memories back but it wasn't many. "I am not leaving this city until you remember me Lucy Heartfilla" Grandine spoke pulling away as Natsu and Igneel both went pale from hearing her words making me nearly laugh as Grandine turned her head seeing them. "Deal with it boys" she only spoke as she then grabbed my hands.
"Had any wedding ideas yet?" she soon asked as my face burnt up within seconds as I saw Natsu's did the same. Wendy was laughing and pointing it out as she was only just able to reach Natsu's cheek as she was poking it. "W-we been more focused on the memory thing" I answered as she nodded and looked toward Natsu who was glaring toward his father. "You treat this young lady right Natsu Dragneel or you will be hearing hell from me" she soon threatened in a serious tone.
Natsu snapped away from his father looking slightly scared when looking toward his aunt Grandine. I giggled slightly. "Now then how about we all go for lunch" Grandine then sounded sweet as Mira as Wendy jumped up and down shouting 'I, do'. I thought it was really cute seeing her do so. Grandine was holding one hand as Wendy moved fast taking my other as Natsu looked slightly jealous at the fact. We walked ahead the two Dragneel boys behind us. "May I ask what side of family you are apart of Grandine?" I soon asked and my mind was wondering.
She looked and acted nothing like Igneel. "I am from his mother's side of the family, she was a sweet woman Sakura was. I do hope you can remember her Lucy" Grandine answered smiling toward me but I was able to tell talking about her sister upset her so I pushed it aside. I didn't want to upset anyone. "Maybe we can go to the water park this summer together like we all used to" Wendy soon spoke excited. I smiled toward her. "That sounds like a really fun idea" I replied excited at the thought myself.
Wendy soon was begging Igneel and Grandine to plan something for us all to do and meet more. Igneel was laughing slightly agreeing with young Wendy as Natsu was smiling toward me and Wendy. Grandine was smirking and teasing her daughter slightly getting Wendy to pout once and awhile and it was so cute. I couldn't help but smile and laugh at it every so often.
I just wanted to say a HUGE THANKS to everyone who commented and replied to my pretty big note in the last chapters. I thank you so much and I am so glad so many of you understand. Everyone who has illnesses will be different even with the same illness. To the ones who also replied saying they have illnesses and pain also, my pms are always open if any of you need someone to talk with <3
Throughout the years I grew up very fast, too fast in honest truth and I am working toward helping people who are ill with invisible illnesses in the future so if you ever wanna know anything that could help, tips, just to learn more about my own illness just asked. My messages are always open and I will try to reply soon as I can <3
