A/N: Dedicated to @Barchie_99. Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while. It is just my parents are getting divorced and it is having an affect on me. Also, yesterday I found out I have Acute myeloid Leukaemia so I currently in hospital and the only thing I can do to pass time is upload so there will be quiet a lot of updates over these next few weeks.

"Holden Beau Andrews!"

"Yes, mommy?" The five year old boy looked up at his mother with such innocence in his sparkling blue eyes. The look was almost heart-breaking. This little boy was so undeniably perfect...what could he possibly be doing wrong? Betty shook her head, trying to remember that looks can be deceiving. Very deceiving.

"You can't say things like that to your sister. You know we don't like you using that language to anybody."

"But mommy, Sophie is stupid! She can't even walk!" Holden pouted, his eyes beginning to water. Betty sighed, stroking Holden's ginger hair that was the same tone as Archie's. Holden was definitely the product of both Betty and Archie.

"Sophie is just a baby, Holden. Babies can't walk. You couldn't walk when you were Sophie's age. Does that mean you were stupid?" Betty raised her eyebrows in question as Holden considered this.

"No, because I am a boy and boys are never stupid. Never."

"Oh?" Betty laughed, standing up and transferring a sleepy Sophie Belle Andrews to the other considerably less sore arm. "And who told you that?"

"Uncle Reggie."

"Oh, alright. That makes sense." Betty muttered softly. Sophie started to whine loudly, and Holden started to get angry again.

"That stupid baby is never quiet though, mommy! She always cries and I hate her!" Holden was crying now, and so was Sophie. Betty sighed loudly.

"You don't hate her Holden. She's your sister. Don't say that."

"But I do mommy! I hate her!" Sophie cried louder, and Betty bounced her and stroked her small strands of blonde hair in an attempt to calm her. She didn't know what to do. It was hard enough taking care of a baby just under one. It's a whole other thing when you add a five year old child.

"Hey, Betty! I'm home."

"Oh, thank God..."  Betty sighed again, shifting Sophie once more to the other arm and rushed to the front door to meet her husband. Holden followed excitedly, wiping his tears on his sleeves.

"Hey, baby." Archie leaned in to peck Betty on the lips quickly over Sophie, who was surprisingly calm. He then leaned down to greet his son, who had been eagerly awaiting his arrival all day.

"Daddy! I missed you so much!" Archie chuckled, knowing exactly what this meant. It had been happening increasingly often lately.

"Oh, really? What did you do now that made your mommy upset at you?" Holden's grin faded as he looked up to Betty.

"Holden has been saying some mean things about his sister." Betty supplied in a monotonous voice. Archie looked at Holden again, this time more sternly.

"What kind of things, Holden?"

"Mommy's mad at me because I called Sophie stupid because she can't even eat dinner by herself but I know she is stupid because she can't do anything and then mommy yelled at me for calling her that and then she said that I was a stupid baby too, but I wasn't 'cause Uncle Reggie says that boys aren't stupid and then I said I hated Sophie and mommy got really mad and I was crying and so was Sophie and then you came home daddy, and I just want Sophie to go back where she came from because i don't like her and I want to be my mommy and daddy's little baby forever but now Sophie is here and you don't love me anymore!"

Archie met Betty's gaze for a couple of seconds before he spoke.

"Holden, you know that you will always be our little boy. We love you so much, Holden, forever and always. And I know that the whole big brother thing is really hard for you.But you need to be a big boy for us, okay? Sophie needs a big brother like you to teach her things. She's small now, but you and your mommy and daddy have to help her grow up to be strong and smart just like you are. Can you do that for us, baby boy?"

Holden nodded, tears still flowing, but less swiftly now.

"I am a good big brother. I taught Sophie how to dance." Holden smiled.

"Oh, no! That was all me!" Betty laughed.

"No, mommy! I taught him!" Holden's golden laughter brightened up the whole room.

"Well, who do you think taught you?" Betty raised an eyebrow.

"Auntie Veronica taught me, mommy!"

Three joyous laughs echoed through the house, and the little Andrews family had never felt so close.
