Riverdale One-Shots

Riverdale meets Hogwarts-Jarchie

A/N: Jughead is told by his biological family he is a wizard so he leaves the orphanage for Hogwarts.

"You just walk through the barrier." Jonathan explained. His little brother, Jughead, looks at him like he is crazy. How could he trust him, Jonathan was his brother but he had only met him three weeks ago.

"Are you sure?" The boy asked nervously, "It seems like a wall."

"A magic wall." Jonathan sighed. "I'll go through the gap between platform 9 and 10." Jughead stared with his mouth hanging open. He closed his eyes and ran towards the wall bracing himself for the impact but it never came. When Jughead opened his eyes he was in a totally different place.

"Wow." Jughead gasped not even releasing he had bumped into another boy. "Sorry." 

The boy dusted himself off. "I've had worse. I'm Archibald."

"I'm Forsythe." Little did he know he had just met his best friend.

"Help me." Jughead whined. Despite that three years ago Archie was put in Gryffidor while Jughead was put in Hufflepuff they were still friends. "Archie."

"Sorry." The ginger boy said, "I was just thinking."

"About what?" Jughead asked, putting his quill down.

"You." Archie admitted, "What happened?" Archie asked after a moment. Jughead shook his head.

"Nothing, I told you." Jughead lied. During the holidays a bunch of boys had jumped him. But he couldn't tell Archie that, he wouldn't understand. Archie didn't understand the muggle world like Jughead did.

"Please tell me." Archie pleaded placing a hand on Jughead's arm.

"I'm gay Archie." Jughead said.

Archie looked confused. "What do you mean? Is this a muggle thing like iPhones?" He asked. Jughead smiled.

"It means I like wizards the way I'm supposed to like witches." Jughead explained.

"Me too. Is that why you have bruises?" Archie asked, Jughead nodded. "But why?"

"In the muggle world, " Jughead started, "Gay isn't accepted."

"That's stupid." Archie stated. "But the bruises?" He asked.

"A bunch of kids from my old school." Jughead shrugged. Archie pulled him into a hug. Jughead smiled and realised he was just a little bit in love with his best friend.
