Chapter 25
Without thinking, I threw the papers to the ground and dialed Anne's phone number. It's been over five hours since I left Harry's house, who knows what he could have done? I switched on the lamp by my bed and sat up. Why did I have to leave? If Harry's dead I swear to God-
"Hello?" Anne's voice asked me.
"Go find Harry right now," I instructed, "Hurry!"
She began to ask why, but then I assume she remembered. It sounded like she stuffed the phone into her pocket and I waited for her to get into Harry's room.
"He's fine," She finally said, slightly out of breath.
I let out a deep breath and mumbled 'Thank God,' under my breath.
"Can you hand the phone to him please?" I continued.
"Is it Louis?" Harry asked Anne in the distance.
I heard a muffled 'yes' and then Harry had the phone.
"Louis?"
"What the hell, Harry?"
"I'm assuming you read the note."
"I did."
"I'm sorry."
"No you're not," I laughed.
"You're right," he slightly laughed along with me, "I'm not."
The line was silent for a moment.
"So you're definitely doing it tonight, huh?" I asked.
"Yes. When Gem and mom are asleep."
I swallowed hard to keep from crying.
"And there's no stopping you? None whatsoever?"
"Nope. Sorry."
His voice sounded so calm and so normal. He didn't seem affected by his choices at all.
"Can I at least see you one more time?"
"How?"
"Video chat with me."

Soon enough, his beautiful face appeared on my screen and I couldn't help the fond look on my face. I'll never get enough of him.
"Why are you smiling?" Harry asked me.
"You."
"What about me?"
"You're so beautiful."
He blushed and looked away from the screen, a smile appearing on his face.
"Well, I won't be here much longer," he whispered, looking back at the screen.
"I shouldn't have left, i'm sorry," I told him, ignoring what he just said.
"You would have had to leave sometime. Plus, you're mad at me. What's the point of being with me if you're mad at me?"
"I'm not mad at you, Harry. It's just been a really difficult and confusing month for both of us."
"Everyone's always mad at me," Harry mumbled. "I don't blame them, though."
"Nobody's mad at you, baby-"
His eyebrows furrowed and his eyes widened. "Baby?" He asked.
"Uh, yeah. Sorry, it's a habit-"
"That's always been my favorite thing that you call me." He croaked, his voice giving out.
His eyes began watering and he placed his hand over his face so I couldn't see.
