Josh's POV
After Tyler's hand went limp in my own, I put his hand by his side so I could just sob. While I held my head water started to pool a bit in my hands, until I looked up when I heard a voice speak to me. "Josh, I am going to assure you Tyler is going to be okay." He spoke.
"Thank you so much.." I paused so the paramedic could say his name,
"Zach. My name is Zach."
"Thank you so much Zach." I started to laugh, and I'm not sure why. I was still sobbing but I guess I was just happy so I started to laugh. Tyler is going to be alright. I believed the paramedic until the voice once again spoke to me,
"You could have saved him." It hissed, "You could have pushed him out of the way, took the bullet for him or have done anything. You know how many times you wanted to die? That was your chance, but Tyler took it instead of you." It spoke again. It was true, there were multiple times I did want to die and tried to do so, and it was my chance there and I could have saved Tyler. I would be in his position, that made me happy thinking about it just because that means Tyler would be okay. I got shaken out of my thoughts when the ambulance stopped moving, the doors opened and then they rolled Tyler out and into the hospital. I got up and followed them inside, not caring if anyone tried to stop me. Luckily no one did because either they were busy with something else, or to busy helping out to notice me. I rushed down the hallway until someone finally stopped me, it was a female with blue hair, she looked like an Ashley to me,
"Josh, you need to go back to the waiting room. We need to do an operation to get the bullet out because it is stuck in his side. Whoever shot him took the right steps to not have the bullet go through him. They must have really wanted him dead." She spoke. After she said that, I ran back down the hall I rushed to follow Tyler and sat in the waiting room sobbing. No one really cared that I was crying uncontrollably, and if someone questioned it I wouldn't hesitate to start up a fight. In the middle of crying, I felt a pat on my shoulder. I growled at whoever it was before turning around,
"What?" I spat out, looking at the person. It was a teenage girl, maybe 13. She looked shocked by my words, but didn't cry or anything. I saw her wearing some of the bands merch and had Tyler's blurryface paint on. "Sorry.. I'm just stressed out right now." I laughed a bit at my own reference and so did the girl until my expression went back blank with pain as before.
"That's okay, I can see why you are stressed right now. Your best friend did get shot." She replied with care in her voice.
"What's your name?"
"Megan. I'm Megan." She said smiling. The 13 year old smiles was contagious, it reminded me of Tyler's smile. "Sorry if i seem stalkerish right now. I came from the concert. I convinced my parents to see where you went, I just wanted to see if you were fine."
"No no, it's fine. I enjoy the company right now. Gets my mind off Tyler for now. Where did your parents go?" I question looking around the room.
"Oh, they left. They gave me cash to take the bus back home." She replied, looking at her pockets, getting a 5 out of her pocket.
"They trust you out here alone at this time? Not that you aren't trusting or anything, just wondering."
"Well they could care less right now. They didn't even want to take me to the concert but after begging they let me go." Megan said just as a nurse came into the room,
"Joshua Dun? You can see Tyler now." She said, it was the blue haired girl I called Ashley earlier. I stood up without saying anything to the nurse, but I spoke to Megan instead,
"Wanna come see Tyler with me? I'm sure he wouldn't mind." I asked her, she nodded so taking her hand I guided her to the room along with me. Her and I walked in the room the nurse showed us. "Tyler?" I smiled as he looked over to me.
"Hey Jish. Who's that beside you?" He questioned, even though he knew it was a fan.
"This is Megan, she's a fan who came from the concert to see if I was alright. Sweet thing isn't she?" I laughed pinching her cheeks like a old grandma. She laughed and Tyler joined in, but Tyler started coughing. I got super worried and I looked at Megan, and I could tell she was worried also.
"I'm fine, I'm fine. Just a cough." He said putting a hand up. Megan and I felt a bit better after he said that, but we were still worried for him. Tyler sipped his water as he watched the tv hanging in the corner of the room. Megan and I sat down in chairs next to the bed Tyler was laying in. I saw a clock next to him and decided to check the time, 10 o'clock at night. I guess Megan and I have been talking for a while because it has been a few hours since the show first started. I reached over to Tyler signaling I wanted to hold his hand, he chuckled and let me hold his hand. After he took hold of my hand I leaned over and kissed it. "My price." Tyler laughed again, this time without a cough. I laughed along with him and could hear Megan laugh with us. She was a good kid wasn't she?

Megan's POV (just a quick thing)
As Josh kissed Tyler's hand, all I could think was "I ship it."

A/N
Well this had a better outcome than you probably expected lol. Hopefully you aren't to sad. One thing I want to point out is Megan is not based off of anyone I know, the only thing I based off of someone I know is the name. I have a friend Megan irl, but she doesn't even like tøp (that I am aware of). I didn't want Josh to be lonely so I added in a friend for him. But that's all for now, hope you enjoyed this chapter!
