Tyler's POV
The only reason I did that at Taco Bell was to show Josh that I was going to be okay. We had to get back soon to pack the bus again and get on our way to the next venue. It's going to be hard performing with these cuts. I don't see how Josh can take it. Especially since people can see his. We were back in the car and Josh looked at me with the wildest smile. It was the cutest thing I have seen. He started driving back and I noticed something changed in Josh's mood, It was really weird.
Josh's POV
Tyler and I got back in the car and I couldn't help but give Tyler the biggest smile. What he did made me so happy. We started driving and I heard the worst thing. "Why do you even try to love this boy, he doesn't love you. He only wants to use you. He will just leave you and never come back." This made me feel so sick. I didn't want to believe it. The voice has always made me believe the unbelievable. I can tell Tyler saw how my expression changed. I don't want to worry Ty.
Tyler's POV
We were getting closer to the venue and I had another plan. Josh was parking the car, with the same expression on his face. He turned off the car and was about to get out when I locked the doors. He looked at me concerned. "What are you doing?". I'm worried about you Josh, I said. "Why is that?". Josh I saw your mood change, what's up? you can always tell me anything. He turned away for a bit and stared out the window. When he turned back to me he had tears streaming down his face. Immediately I went to hug him but he pulled away. Once again I faded. "I'm sorry Ty" he said then hugged me tight. What's wrong, please tell me. I said muffled by his shoulder.
Josh's POV
He locked me in the car. I feel like this isn't going to go well. I don't want him to know that the voice is talking me away from him. That would hurt him, or at least I think it would. "What's wrong, please tell me." tyler said. Maybe he would understand and help me. I turned to him and said "This voice I have is telling me that you are just going to leave me, it's saying you are using me. I don't want to believe it. Can you please promise you aren't using me or that you will leave me?". "I promise that I will never leave you and I promise that I am not using you. I would never do that, I love you too much." I said " I promise the same thing and I love you too, Thank you for being here for me". He finally unlocked the car with a smile on his face. As he was getting out he said "Don't ever listen to that voice, listen to me." We met at the hood of the car and he grabbed my hand and we walked back inside together.
Salutations again my frens! Thank you for making it this far in this book. I hope you are enjoying the ride. This chapter was a little all over the place point of view wise. I am so sorry that this is a little late coming out. I'm at my frens house and I had to sneak to her computer to write. Thank you guys so much for reading another emotional chapter.
