(A/N:I realize that I still haven't written a cute Ruby x Pearl oneshot yet! Shit! I mean, everyone knows the other two kid ships, but what about Ruby & Pearl? Our Fire Opal ship? So how about I shine some light on them!)

Third pov

It was hardly ever that Pearl ever gets annoyed about something. If she does get annoyed, then it must be something so huge, that it might be the end of the world a bit drastic, but it was the truth of Allastor Pearl. But the one thing that was making Pearl annoyed, wasn't even the cause of the end of the world. It was more like it was the cause of a volcano.

The situation with Pearl, was that she was becoming very possessive with Ruby, and she doesn't want to show it. Sadly, she inherited her Mothers....yandere and maybe even her psychotic tendencies. Right now Ruby was having a nice, simply conversation with Blake. Pearl had no idea what the fuck they were talking about, but all she knew, was that Pearl has tallied up the amount of times Blake 'accidentally' brushed herself against Ruby, or has somewhat touched her.

'Blake freaking knows that Ruby gets anxious. What if Ruby doesn't like it when Blake touches her, yoi?'

Pearl finally cracked when she heard laughter, and saw Blake playfully and gently slap Ruby's knee. That sent Pearl into overdrive. She spun on her heel, and jumped over the counter. As she was suspended in the air, she transformed into her full beautiful, blazing peacock form, her talons sharp. Pearl let out a sqwuak as she knocked Blake over. Blake screamed out of shock, while Ruby stumbled onto her feet. "PEARL!" She yelled.

Soon, everyone was in the aquarium lounge. "PEARL!" Creed yelled, grabbing her, and flinging her off Blake. Immediately, Pearl reverted back to her human mode as she stumbled to the ground. "Pearl! Whats the meaning of this!" Creed yelled. Blake chuckled, "Wow! Thats was quite the thrill! That was fun!" Blake laughed. Ruby & Tiberius sweatdrop in the background. Pearl averted Creed's gaze, her fringe covering her blue eye, "I thought I heard a rat, yoi. I don't want those shits ruining our medicine, yoi." She claimed. Creed turned to Blake, who had scratches, but wasn't even that badly damaged, "Is this true?" He asked. Blake shrugged, "If thats the truth, then that is the trut-"

"Nope! That is not the truth!" Tiberius interjected. Everyone looked his way, and they all sweatdrop when they find that there's a snake curled up on his head, "Um...Ty why is there a snake on your head?" Blake asks. "Oh, this is Luigi, he's my assistant. He can't sat hi now, he's sleeping." Tiberius explained, a bright smile on his face. "R-Right...anyway, what were you saying?" Creed asked. Tiberius showed the crew a thick, heavy book that said "The erratic behaviors of Zoans." "I got this book for free back at Sabody! It tells of how people with Zoan devil fruits change, since they're technically becoming a animal as well. According to this..." Ty flipped the book open to a marked page, "Zoans can go through periods of time where they need to find a partner to mate with. This is predominately called 'The Mating season'. Each & every animal has a different time when its time to mate. And according to this, it is bird mating season..." everyone looks at Pearl, "and seeing that Pearl has a peacock devil fruit...it is mating season for her."

Everyone was silent.

"Wait Pearl tried to have sex with me?" Blake asked. "What, no!" Pearl bursted, now standing up. Tiberius stood in front of Alice, "The whom, may I ask?" Pearl had a wild blush on her face, and loomed away, "N-No!" Ruby's eyes went wide, "Pearl..." she called. Pearl looked over to Ruby, her fringe flicking off her eyes. Ruby could see both her red & blue eye. Everyone looked between them, "oh..." Pearl growled, transformed into her full peacock form, and flew out of the room, and up onto the crows nest. Everyone's eyes landed on Ruby, who was a blushing mess.

'There's no possible way that..she would think of me that way, right? I mean, we've only ever been really close friends..I mean, I am happy if she does like me, since I like her that way but...'
