In both of Victoria's stories, Ichiji was actually crushing on Victoria. After the Vinsmoke Brothers (excluding Sanji) were gonna capture Victoria, Ichiji was going to marry Victoria. Judge didn't want that at first, but Ichiji is an ass so of course he's gonna rebel and marry her anyway
