Sutton's pov

I was dancing with Street and he kept laughing. Obviously he was drunk but at least we were having a good time, until I noticed a sudden change. He stop dancing as close as he was and had his attention on someone else. My eyes met where he was staring, Lorelei. I got mad when she looked back so I dragged him off to a separate room.

"Where we going?" He smirked

"Somewhere quiet." I mumbled

"What was that sweet heart?" He asked

"You'll see!" I shouted over the loud music. We went to the top floor of his house and into the back room, which looked as if it was his room. He laughed when I closed and locked the door.

"So are you planning on doing the nasty with me?" He snickered

"Not necessarily." I smirked

"Oh, so your a freaky chick." He laughed

"No." I giggled but I knew if we did anything he would forget by tomorrow.

"So Suzy why'd you bring me here?" He asked taking another giant gulp from his beer.

"First of all the name is Sutton, second I brought you up here so we could talk." I stated

"About what?" He wondered

"You, me, us." I mumbled

"Oh well, uhh." He stuttered looking lost for words. At that moment in understood that he wasn't really into me. My heart shattered and fell to the bottom of my stomach and I began to gather myself together so I could leave the tragedies of this room. Suddenly I felt a hind lift up my chin and Street turned my head towards his. We both leaned in as our lips touched. Everything in that moment was perfect, until he moaned Lorelei into my lips. I pushed him away from me as a tear slipped from my eye. I quickly wiped it away and ran from him as fast as I could. I was tripping while running down the stairs in my heels. Tears kept falling from my eyes.

Stop it, your better than this.

You're stronger than this.

Pull it together Sutton.

All these words running through my mind but nothing could stop me from crying, from having my heart broken.

Everyone knows a drunk mouth always tells the truth.

As I reach the sat step I turn to look for Ariel only to see Turner dragging around a drunk Lorelei. I can't even look at her without having my heart shatter.

Street chose her over me.

She choose Turner over Street.

And I'm about to choose Street over her.

But I don't want to be that fur who ditches her friends to get the guy. I'm not that kind of person. I don't want to be that kind of person.

I continue my search for Ariel pushing and shoving through people until I see her sitting in a corner, alone. I walked over and smiled as she returned a weak smile.

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Nothing, I'm just bored. Do you wanna go?" She wondered

"Yeah sure." I replied.

"We should get Lorelei." Ariel said

"No, no I'm sure she's fine." I sighed not wanting Lorelei to be there right now.

"Sutton, what happened between you two?" She questioned

"Nothing." I mumbled

"C'mon I know you better than that, just tell me." She begged
