"Layla, sweet girl.. You need to wake up and get dressed you have visitors." I open my eyes to find Melissa sitting on the edge of my bed. "Five more minutes. I was dreaming a beautiful dream and I would like to get back to it." I close my eyes and about to doze off again when she shakes me again.

I sit up in bed. "Why can't you leave me alone I was about to..." "Layla I know you want to continue to your dream but you have guest downstairs waiting to meet you." Melissa says cutting me off. I rub the sleep out of eyes and pull the blankets back. I look at the clock beside my bed and see it is 7:30am. "Who is even awake at this time? Its not even breakfast time.

Melissa helps me get dressed and just puts my hair in a French braid. She escorts me downstairs. I was spacing out and not watching where I was going. I run into something hard. "Oh my gosh I'm Sorry Princess Layla." I look up with confusion.

My eyes meet greenish brown eyes that look almost gray. I just stare at them for a minute. Then I take a step to look at the rest of this... OMG who is this? I cut myself off from my own thoughts. Standing in front of me is all sorts of hansom.

I couldn't help but stare at him. He had hazel eyes with dark brown hair; he must be about five eleven in height. He is tan and so muscular. DANG HIS HOT!!! "Sweet Girl this is Prince Zander of Ravensville." I watch as he bows. Wow! "What?"

Did I say that out loud? I clear my throat. I bow myself. "It's a pleasure to meet you Zander." He smiles at me. OMG He even as a million dollar smile. His teeth are so white. Wait why am I all googly eyed over Zander when I'm in love with Shane?

"May I do the honor of escorting you to the dining room Princess?" Zander asks pulling from my thoughts. I nod and he extends his arm for me. When we enter the dining room I make eye contact with the Creeper. Yes that is what I'm going to name King Ryder.

I take my usual spot and Zander sits cross from me and next to the Creeper. "Good morning my Angel, i we you have met Prince Zander." "Hi Dad." "If you dont mind me asking King Marco, but why do you call her your Angel?" Dad smiles at mom and she smiles back. Oh great he really had to ask..

"I dont mind at all Zander, I would love to tell you I just love to tell this story." He clears his throat. "When I became King and this amazing woman next to me became my Queen. We tried for years to have a baby. But that didnt happen, it wasn't until we were to just give up. It was my thirty second birthday that I was told that I was going to finally be a father."

Zander and I make eye contact,as Dad continues. "I was so thrilled, I have wanted a baby since I got married at 19. The last two months of my beautiful Queen's pregnancy she was put on bed, i almost lost both of them. When Layla was born and placed in my arms. She looked up at me. That moment I knew she would be my angel."

I look over at Dad. He had tears in his eyes. He smiles at me, I smile back. "She also has a birth mark on her left ankle that's shaped as angel wings and a halo." Omg he didnt need to add that part. Yes I do have a birth mark.

That looks like angel wings with a halo, but the only one who knew besides my family was Shane. Until now. "Dad really you could left that part out." I couldn't look at him but I knew he was looking at me.

We finished breakfast and i was escorted to my bedroom. I had training today in then ballroom. I was going to learn how to dance so then so I can dance with my prince at my Coronation. I was laying down on my bed when there was a ping from my phone. I grabbed it, and smiled when i see its a text from Shane.

Hey,Beautiful I miss you.

Hey hansom I miss you too what's up

Oh nothing really Im on bed rest have been since like four this morning.

WHAT WHY? ARE YOU OKAY???

Calm down Sweetheart, I'm fine i have some good pain killers in me. I got stabbed. I'm okay promise

Shane I'm so sorry I wish i was there to take away the pain. How did you get stabbed and where?

He doesn't text back right away so I wait. A few minutes later still now respons. So I text back.

Shane? What is going on? Shane?

It has been several more minutes pass since I texted and he still didn't answer me.. Something isn't right what is going on with him? Out of sudden my door opens. "Sweet Girl you need to come with me right now!"

Melissa looks terrified. "Why was going on?" "Layla, there was an attack on Parker." WHAT! IS THAT HOW SHANE GOT STABBED????? OMG! I fall to my knees and cry. Melissa holds me.

I cry until I fall asleep...
