Chapter 15

Shane woke me up when we about five miles away. "Hey, can you do a favor?" I nod and look at him. "I'm going to pull over can you in the trunk and in the front pocket of my suitcase is my pain meds can you please grab me two." I just stare at him.

"Are you in that much pain Babe?" He pulls over and before I can get out he grabs my arm. I trun to look at him. He has this shock look on his face. "What?" He smiles and kisses my hand. "Say it again." "Say what Shane?" "What you just called me five seconds ago." "Oh Babe!" He smiles and leans in for a kiss.

I wrap one arm around his waist and he pulls me into his lap. Without breaking the kiss. I rub my hands down his chest. Dang you can feel his six pack through his shirt. Out of a sudden Shane pulls away form me and screams out in pain. "Oh my gosh get my pain meds now!" He yells and pushes me off him and out his now open door.

I look at him in shock. Did I cause his pain? I dont know how long I stood there just staring at him. Until he grabs my hand. I look at his face. He has tears rolling down his face. This is the first time I saw him cry. "Baby I'm sorry for yelling at you. But please go to the front of the car and get my pain meds." I don't say anything I walk to the front and get his meds. I hand them to him and walk around to get in the car.

I shut the door and close my eyes. I hear Shane swallow and take a couple deep breaths. Then I feel him grab my hand. I dont open my eyes though. He unbuckles his seatbelt. Then I feel him kiss my cheek. "Layla, I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell at you I was just in a lot of pain."

I take a deep breath. I wasn't mad I was just really surprised that he yelled at me. "Please open your eyes and look at me." I do as he says. "You dont have anything to apologize for, I'm not mad."

He smiles and I kiss him. "Are you still in pain? Do you need me to drive?" He shakes his head. "No I'm okay for a little bit. There is only three miles until our exit and our hotel is right down the road from there. But thanks for asking."

He was right it didnt even take ten minutes to get there. We parked the car and I help Shane unload the suit cases. We walk hand in hand pulling our suitcases with our free hands. Shane goes up to the front desk.

He gives the girl his name and he hands her cash. Did he really pay for your week stay here with cash. Whoa how much money does he actually have? And is he really spend all this on me? 

I dont know what to say I'm in shock. Yeah I know his father was the leader if all grads at the castle. And I know that my father paid Oliver will but not this well. Oh how I love that Shane's middle name is his Father's. 

Shane walks over to me and pulls me to the elevator he pushes the up button. It only takes a few seconds. When the door opens Shane and I walk in.  Out of a sudden I'm pushed up against the wall. I look up into his eyes. "What are you doing?" He smiles and leans in and kisses me.

"I'm kissing you what does it look like Beautiful?" I dont get a word out. Shane pushes his lips to mine before I can if think of anything to say. The door dings and opens. Shane pulls away from me and pulls me out the door.
