[Daron's pissed at whoever recorded the intro so we gotta be a good fandom from now on!]

"So why aren't we breaking free?" I ask.
"We?" The other voice chuckles. When he does, Marco's mouth -my mouth?- moves sloppily and produces a deep and sadistic voice.
"Uh..." My heart feels weightless. "You?"
"Waiting for night." He says without answering my pronoun question.
"Why?" The pressure in my head continues to pound, it felt like someone inflated my head too much. I felt sick, there were too many people in my head.
"I need my wand back." He mutters and shimmies his shoulders a little, trying to get comfortable under the band. Settling in, he pulls his chest and screams, "This won't hold me for long, Princess!!" I feel my soul getting lighter almost and everything I see is surrounded by a little halo of light, the edges of my vision faded like an old picture.
"You're scaring her." I state.
"That's the plan." He snickers.
"Why? What she do to you?"
"Nothing. It's what shes going to do to you."
"How do you know what she's going to do?" I snap. "It's not like you have future vision or something."
"No I don't. But since her family can't learn from history they're bound to repeat it."
I scoff. "That's a bit of a stretch."
"Oh? Does Star not use you? Does she not disregard what you say and do whatever she want? Does oh-so-perfect Star not make you apologize for her wrong doing?"
"Well I mean-"
"And yet you do it. You'd do anything for her. You'd destroy the world on her command because you feel this utter infatuation with her. Her magic, her attitude, her eyes... They all add up to equal a guy who would do anything for her because you feel she is the one. She's special."
"No! Okay, that's not it! I would do anything for Star because she's my friend but she would never ask me to disregard my morals!"
"You're right. I'm sure you'd just go into life or death situations and get kidnapped without her. And yet she never suffers the consequences, her family doesn't either. Think about it, Marco. Your friend, your idol, is basically a mass murderer."
"I-"
"C'mon you know the story of the Monster Massacre. I saw you, you know it was unfair, unjust. You can see what the Butterfly family wouldn't dare to admit."
"That they were wrong?"
"That they were immoral." His grins ear to ear and I realize it was night.
"They were immoral, weren't they?" I sigh snd peer to my window. No light glowed from behind the blinds, the room was totally black. And I felt myself relax into the bed a little, no light meant no weird fade to the world which made me feel like I was normal. My mind relaxed and the internal war had stopped. Both halves of me were in complete understanding.
Star and her family had to pay for their transgression.
I open my eyes and the room is shinning thick with an eery green light. I look down to see its flowing like fire off me, a strong wave pulling over. The rainbow bands begin to break and I pull my arms up against it. My wrists begin to sizzle and bubble and my bones are being crushed by the pressure of the magic popping against each other. I grip my teeth and hiss back the pain, the other half letting me feel it all. The green magic tangles with the rainbow like two birds pecking and clawing at each other. The magic raises high above me and comes back down with a loud crack, my wrists snapping along with the band. I sit up out of breath and like a razor blade, my shoulder band slices off and dissolves in a cute poof. I slip my legs out stand up. My wrists hang uselessly and I push them back into place, biting my tongue so I don't scream. Blood fills my mouth and black spots cover my vision but I manage to find a wall.
My eyes close and I feel lost, everything burning. First, I find myself in front of Star's door.
"How'd I get here?"
I open it slowly and there stood Star. She shoots with a spell and I fall back and tumble into blackness.
I pass through one wall and break the next, holding my head. I look up and see Star's door inches from my face, the wall was gone. Screaming out for Star, I begin to bang on her door. She opens it and shoots me with her wand without so much as a hi.
"Star I need my wand-" I say until I realize her wand is pointed at my throat.
"I know who you are!" She screams and brings her arm back. "I told you I'm going to get Marco back!"
She launches an attack at me and it lands right on my gut and I blow back through a wall and smash into a different wall.
I roll to the side to see the world rotate, the "wall" I smashed into was actually the floor of her balcony. I slowly stand up, taking my one to settle myself until I'm distracted by a bright light. Looking up, I slide into her room from the doors. I notice an intense green glow from under Star's covers. Wrapping my hands around it, I pull the covers back to see a weak and wrinkled Star, her eyes are closed and a hollowness outlines her body. The wand is being hold by her heart and green lines vein out from it.
"Star?" I mutter and put my hand on one of hers.
Her eyes snap open revealing the white glow she got from dipping down. She croaks through a dry throat. "I tried to cast a spell with it." She coughs weakly. "It didn't work."
I stumble back in horror just to tip and fall down a short hole the jumped me back into my skin.
I put my hands up and down my chest. "I... I traveled timelines again?" I place my glowing hands on the wall I focus on everything and finally say, "I can't go through the window or door. But I can go through the wall."
I close my eyes and think about the timelines. Take too long and Star turns into a monster. Try to reason with her and I die. Go in through her door and she's waiting for me.
My eyes open, my hands heating up like I smashed it into the metal bar inside an oven. My teeth gnash at my cheek so I don't scream out and with a slight delay, the wall finally explodes.
I walk through the dusty rubble, coughing a bit, and I stand at the foot of Star's bed. She's awake, her arms pull the covers to her mouth and she lets out a cough from the plaster in the air.
"I need my wand back." I growl with a slow voice.
"What!?" She says with a fake-innocence to her voice. My expression don't budge and I place my glowing hands on the edge of her bed, my wrists silently crying.
"Where is it?"
"The wand?"
"My wand!"
"I'm not going to tell you." She snaps. "You're not Marco. I would rather die then tell you."
"You're wrong. I am Marco. I'm the Marco you loved, you're best friend you would push around like a rag doll because you don't understand how friendship works. But now since someone else can inflict change, you stop being friends with them. Call me by a different name, it won't change the fact that I am Marco and you are a Butterfly." My chest pushes against my smashing heart until my mouth pulls into a smile. "And now that I have power, I'm going to make sure you and your family never do anything to anyone ever again."
"What do you mean?" Her face drains of all the color.
"I'm a hero, girly. I save people, like I saved that boy from the fire. And you and your family killed things. Things that didn't deserve to die, which makes you s villain-"
"What!?" She almost screams, getting out of her bed. I walk towards her closet and she throws the covers off of her. "Get away from there!"
"Why?" I make a face. "Isn't there something in here you dorm want your best friend to see?"
"YES!" She untangles her feet from her covers and comes at me. I hold up my hand and she slows down in time, her face changing from angry to scared. I take a step and allow her to speed up and smash into a door.
But after that little stunt, I felt like my power was lost. My head began to spin and I felt drained, almost suck.
"Give me the wand!" I scream as she gets up slowly, using the door for help.
"NO!" She screams back and she guards the doorway like Cerberus.
"Star?" Someone began to pound on the door. It was locked. It was also my mom.
I pull my hand in and I try my hardest to locate the wand, time slowly passing by. My head suddenly stings with the memory of another timeline. It was under her sheets, it corrupted her. I glance back at the door. She held a stern expression and guarded the door, her wand not even in her hand.
I smirk and run over to her bed, my head wobbling back and forth and my feet dragging across the floor. Star screams, the door nob is shook and I reach the bed. The covers are pulled back and torn apart without me touching it, fabric strewn about the room.
There was a thin box with Jelly Bellys logo on the top. I grab it and the box fades away in a small green fire. The box was a present I gave Star, she'd eaten all the beans in one sitting, screaming at the cinnamon ones and cursing at the licorice. But she ate all of them.
"Marco..." Star says softly, like her words might cut the thin bond we've made, destroying all the memories.
I look up to see a green portal swirling in front of me and I snap. "I'm coming back. But not for you."
My own voice caused my heart to drop to me knees and left a sour, unfamiliar taste in my mouth. I was scared. But I reach through the portal and she disappears.
It's dark and suddenly I'm shot to the back of my head, someone else gripping the wand menacingly. The world unfolds to an angelic castle, fog dancing mystically through the night.
"Perfect!" A deep voice about a and my hand right cramps up. The wand extends and laces with green scales and pulls open my hand. It digs under my skin, runs along my bones and pushes out all of my own skin and blood and paves it over with it's own cold blood and green scales. It laughs as my own skin fades to a sickly green and my throat almost closes.
"What-" I look at my hand and see a green claw, the middle finger half missing. I shutter and realized I'd been fooled. Played like a looser.
"Mewni will fall." Toffee laughs and, in my own mind, I'm tied down by black chains.
"STOP!" I scream.
"I thought you wanted them to pay too?" Toffee laughs and begins his one-man march to the castle.
