horse expo!!

Who went to the 2017 horse expo? Or are still going? I went today, and it was so amazing.
I watched one of Stacy Westfall's clinics, and let's just say that she is amazing and I really recommend her.
We also watched the mounted color guard cavalry. That was so amazing!
Is it a bad thing that I get more emotional when it has to do with horses than I do when it has to do with humans? Seriously. I was watching heartland and I started crying at one of the horse parts, but not the gushy romantic human part.
Anyways..
I got some new tack that I'm insanely happy about.
Here it is:

As you guys hopefully know by now, my colors are red white and blue. So I got a red white and blue saddle blanket and a red white and blue rope halter. Also a pair of connected red white and blue reins.
I will still hopefully get a pair of split leather for pleasure riding and trail, I just need those shorter ones for gaming and such.

Who been to a rodeo?? We went to the rodeo at the expo, and the announcer made a joke, and I think I just about died laughing. The bronco wouldn't come out of the chute , so he's like "it's a mare. She's having a moment." Well I own mares so it made so much sense and I laughed sooooooo hard!!
My favorite part about rodeos is how they always honor the military people, and they always pray and thank God for our freedom. It's the best part, and I always end up in tears. Anyways, it's late so I'll go. Night y'all!!
