So. It's been awhile. Sorta. I'm gonna start with the funshow, and this might kinda be a bit a rant chapter. First off, pray for one of the girls on my team. We share a horse, and to be honest, she is not at all experienced enough for this horse. And I don't mean that in a bashing way towards her. She's not a bad rider. CJ is just a very hard horse. He bucks and she didn't even know that. And he bites. Anyways, we were doing bareback poles. He is kinda hard to control, especially bareback because of the way he is shaped. She lost control coming back, and he did an abrupt stop/crow hop. She fell off and is in a children's hospital now for elbow surgery and a fractured wrist. It was freaking scary ok. I rode pretty soon after, (bareback poles) and surprisingly, he did pretty well. I wasn't going to lope because he bucks into lopes and I wasn't comfortable. We got a 47.00. Its a slow time, but than again, we were only trotting.
Now before you think I'm a terrible rider, and slow times is my norm, CJ can go fast when he wants to, but most of the time I have to stop and turn circles because he's bucking and crow hopping. Next we did saddled poles and I got a 23.99. Not horrible.
After that we did quebarrels, and me and another girl got a 28.07. Again, not bad for quebarrels. Next was one barrel pennant and I got my.best time of the day. 18.40. I also got 1st in egg and spoon, which was actually completely random.

Now things to catch you guys up on: my last update was about my horse Jackie, I think. We ended up putting her down Friday, June 30. Me and my best friend stayed with her while it happened, and if she hadn't been there, I wouldn't have been able to make it. We were both bawling our eyes out. Jackie was an amazing horse and will be seriously missed. Well, she already is.

I can't talk about her for too long without tearing up, so I have to go. Bye for now. That and I'm really tired. It's 12:00 here... Night!!
