horse tack

So, I have a problem. I need horse tack. Like really bad. I have a plan to get a summer job, hopefully 2, and hopefully at a stable. Do you guys have any tips for raising money easily? Like, at this time of year. I get paid for doing jobs around the house. I.e, mowing lawn, cleaning the pasture, picking up dog poop, and other things, but I can't really do those things yet. I need new tack because I will hopefully be showing a lot this year, and the tack she has isn't sufficient enough at all...
Any ideas? Right now, I don't quite have enough for much. I could probably get a headstall, and matching Reins. I'm going to sell our old Aussie saddle, and two new pairs of boots (that don't work for me) on Craigslist, and tht might get me somewhere, but let's just say that this isn't a cheap business... Lol
