Justins POV:
I hated leaving Selena but I knew I’d see her in a week because she’d be joining me for the premiere of my movie. Once I was back home Scooter had me up every morning at 6 am and I wouldn’t get home till about 11. I thought this week was never going to end, I hardly talked to Selena and I could tell she was getting upset.
“Justin are you listening?” Selena sighed into the phone waking me up again.
“I-I-Ugh I’m sorry babe. I didn’t hear what you said.” I replied in defeat knowing what her next words would be.
“It’s alright J… go to sleep. Just text me tomorrow morning when you’re not busy.” She said quietly, I could hear the disappointment in her voice but I also knew she was trying to understand.
“I’m sorry Selena. I love you, text you when I can. Remember I’ll see you at 2 for our lunch date?”
“I won’t forget… Bye J, love you too.” And she hung up.
I set my alarm on my phone. Fuck, 2 more days till I have the morning off to sleep in, but then my movie premieres that night. This was not how I wanted to spend my first week of being engaged to Selena.
Selenas POV:
“Bye J, love you too.” I said hanging up the phone.
Ugh, this has been the stupidest week ever. I haven’t been that busy, my producer is on vacation and I just need to go over a couple more of my songs on my new album and then it’ll be all set. But there’s no rush, we finished ahead of schedule so we’ve got about 3 weeks to kill. But just because I’m not busy doesn’t mean Justin’s not. He’s been flying around from here to there doing interviews and talking to fans, getting his tux for his movie premiere and going to meetings with Scooter. So I’ve been hanging with my friends, which I’m not complaining about at all, but I miss him. Plus we just got engaged and I have to tell the story to everyone by myself as to how it all happened. I just wish he could be there with me all the time.
But tomorrow I was going to try on my premier dress and then go out to lunch with Justin. But it has to be a quick lunch, just an hour together but we’ll make the best out of it.

I woke up around 10 seeing I already had 3 texts from Justin. I felt bad he had to be up so early this week, I knew it had to be taking a toll on him. But when I heard him on the radio the other day he was his normal happy charming self, but Scooter told me right when they get into the car to go somewhere else he passes out. My poor baby.
I love you Justin, this week’s almost done. Subway for lunch? I’ve got a special spot we can go for the hour and just forget everything. I’ll get your favorite meet you at the station at 2 alright :)
I sent him a quick text and hopped in the shower.
Justins POV:
“Scooter for fucks sake I’m sorry!” I apologized again as we got into the car. I knew I was being too moody but I couldn’t help it, there were bags under the bags on my eyes. I was drained to the core.
“I know kid stop apologizing, you remember what this was like when you were 13 moving you from radio station to station, it’s just like that. Were almost done you can’t cancel now.” He said sticking his hand out again waiting for me to get out of the car.
“Yea, but now I’m 20 years old. I need more sleep.” I said rudely and laid back down on the back seat “Can’t I just do it on the phone?” I pleaded with him.
“Were right outside the station Justin! Get in there!” He yelled at me.
I shot up and shoved him out of my way and walked into the station with a big fake smile on my face. I knew I had to direct all my anger and exhaustion out on Scooter and not on the hosts, it’s not their fault my life’s so hectic.
