Chapter Seven

Paige's POV

"I dare you to..... Actually, let's put it this way. You, Chloe, closet, five minutes, now."

"What! Why me?" I asked.

"Hey, you know you want this!" Chloe said as she winked at me. "But for real though, why?"

"Because, it's hot!" Josh scoffed.

"Guys are so stupid!" Kenzie said.

"Would you like to join them?" Tyler asked.

"No."

"Then shh." He laughed.

"Go."

"Okay, it's not like you know what we will do anyways." I laughed.

"If you don't do it, then I'll tell Zack what I saw today with you and Dillon this morning." Tyler whispered in my ear.

"I'll check on you guys every thirty seconds. Sorry sis." Josh chuckled.

"You guys are sick people."

"Well, atleast we have been best friends for almost eighteen years, so it won't be that bad." Chloe said.

"Yeah but they are still sick people."

"Let's just get this over with." Chloe said.

"Okay."

We both walked into her closet.

"Close the door! I'll time the two minutes! I'll be in there every thirty seconds. Starting now." Tyler said.

"Okay, I'll count to thirty." She said.

"Okay."

We both sat on the ground in silence.

"28, 29, 30!" Chloe whispered.

As the door opened, Chloe surprised me by lunging on top of me, her lips crashed into mine. Geesh, this was awkward!

"Good girls!" Josh laughed. "Continue, only a minute and a half left!" He closed the door again.

"Sorry." Chloe said as she let go of me.

"It's all good." I nervously chuckled.

"Only three more times. Ugh. So, how's life?"

"We're two twinnies that are supposed to be making out in a closet because we have sick and stupid boyfriends, and that's what you ask me?" I giggled.

"Well yeah. Anyways, 29, 30!"

She jumped on me again.

"Good."

"Two more."

"Yep."

"Well, how are you and Zack?"

"Pretty good, I think. I dont know if he still like Alice or not. He told me he doesn't but I dont know if I should believe him. Should I? I dont know. Well-"

"30!" Once again we did our routine.

"Anyways, I don't think he's lying. I think he loves you, just like he says he does."

"Since you're my best friend, I believe you. You know, I really do love Zack. He's amazing."

"Alright, last time." Her lips crashed into mine again. Talk about awkward! Thank god we are best friends! Josh walked in.

"Times up!"

"I hate you guys!" I laughed.

"Yeah, us girls vote that stuff out!" Nia said.
