I nodded, “Alright.” Before I could go back upstairs Connor sat me down in front of him. He looked at me as if he were concerned, “Lexie I don’t mean to be rude or anything… But we both know that you’re no saint.” I smirked, “Well you know.” He laughed, “No for real. Lately Sam’s told me Kian has tried skipping class. He says that Lexie does it so it’s cool. Sam told me he thinks Kian wants to you know, be like you.” I gulped and looked at the floor, why would Kian want to be like me? I’m nothing special.

I layed on my bed and had earbuds in my iPhone playing ‘No Faith In Brooklyn’ by Hoodie Allen. As the song came to an end Kian knocked and came into my room, “Good morning Lexie!” I smiled and set my phone to the side and got up to hug him, “Hey Kian!” Although I acted as if everything was normal, I was still scared as to why he needed to talk to me, was Connor right?

We sat down across from each other on my bed just staring at each other. After about five minutes he finally spoke. “Listen Lexie. I want to….”
