I have some explaining to do. notes at the end.
"Alexander?" I whispered as I walked into the house. I walk further, trying my best not to make any noise. "Hello?"
I open a door.
Nothing.
I walk further, and I smell the stench of burning paper.
"Alexander?" I yell. "I brought you the letters!"
I hear a door open from down the hall so I walk closer. The air slowly gets thicker and I cover my mouth.
"John hi," Alex says as I get closer, "can I see those letters?"
"What are you doing?" I ask cautiously, looking into the room.
"Uh well people are starting to figure it-us out," He stutters.
"So?" I question.
"It's illegal,"
"You're not burning my letters,"
"Yes I am!" Alex yells as he grabs my bag and throws it into the flames. Tears fall down my face while I watch the only things that kept me alive burn. "I'm sorry Laurens but I had to."
"No you didn't," I whisper. My feet slam on the ground and I run out the door.

"What the Hell is this?" I hear as I slam the door behind me.
"What? I yell back. My dad stomps out of my room, holding a piece of parchment.
"I said, What the Hell is this?" He walks closer to me, and I finally see what he means.
It's the letter I saved.
"It's nothing," I lie.
"Leave. You aren't my son," he slightly shoves my shoulder. I back out of the door slowly, but not before I grab the letter. He slams the door in my face and the tears start to rush.

I walk down the side of the cold, moist(sorry but I wanted to) street, the letter clutched in my hand. The wind starts to pick up and my hair helplessly flops(another I'm sorry) behind me.

Okay. So this isn't finished. I'm sorry. But, I won't have any way to get on wattpad until next school year, therefore I won't be updating. and you're probably wondering why I didn't finish, so I have alot of testing, (eoya) coming up, and I won't have time to write. I figured I would at the least upload what I have, instead of waiting till next year when I probably won't even have it. So during the summer my friend is taking over my account, and she said she will update the books and stuff, so she might finish this chapter idk.
