"Sorry but you're order will take longer than expected." I was currently talking to a lady about an online order I made for the date I was planning. "Yeah, it's fine. I actually don't need it so you can just drop it. Just keep the money too." I said and looked around. People were hurrying to class, and I needed to leave too. "Alright, nice talking to you." I said and hung up.

I left to class, first period of the afternoon, well isn't that nice. The first hour and I have to see Austin. Earlier I cried while being hugged by Shawna and Danielle, even after I yelled at myself that he was just a guy. I feel like seeing him again will only make me cry, again. I entered class and everyone turned to me. Guess I'm late. "Miss Marsha, quickly have a seat." Miss Nadia said and I smiled before rushing to my seat in front of Austin.

"Good afternoon! As you all know, finals are coming up and the end of the year is too! So that means less work for you and more grading for us." Miss Nadia said motioning from us and back to her. "So this last month will be worksheets for classwork and a worksheet for homework. Nothing new, just review and this will help your grades go up, hopefully. So I'll pass out these worksheets and you have to finish them before class ends, talk quietly amongst yourselves if you'd like." She handed out some paper then sat at her desk logging into her computer. "Hey." I looked at my side to see a girl, her hair was a light blue and she had heavy eyeliner with some piercings.

"Hi." I said with a small smile. "My friend here," She pointed at a girl besides her who quickly shook her head at me. "Asked if you and Austin were still together." I felt Austin and a few other people stare at me and I shook my head. "No, don't worry. We're back to being single." I answered and the girl nodded. "Why did you guys breakup?" She asked and I hesitated. "Well, it's just a misunderstanding between both of us, we just decided to break up." I said making sure they heard me right so later when they spread a rumour they couldn't use the excuse of them not hearing me right.

"So you guys will get back together?" She asked and I swear I saw her eyes light up. "Um," I glanced at Austin then back at the girl. "I- uh no." I answered and she frowned. "We heard Maggie was the cause of this. Is that true?" What is this, an interview? Now I can blame her and let everyone hate her but I'm not that evil.

"Rumors came in between us and Maggie was just someone who passed it on, I'm not sure if she started it." I said with a shrug, that's good enough right? They nodded and I turned to my worksheet. I hate this like really bad, hate History class. This worksheet is boring and easy. I smiled to myself as a small idea came into my mind, but it came crashing down as soon as a note landed on my desk, who was it from? Austin. I ignored it at first but I kept glancing at it and I wasn't the only one who noticed it, appearantly the whole class knew about what happened and kept staring at me and at Austin. I sighed and opened it.

'Why did you lie? You know damn right she made this happen.'

I scoffed and turned to him kids quickly quieted down. "Well if she was the one who came up to me and called me a whore, who also didn't ask for my side of the story, and who was appearantly ashamed of me then I guess so but from what I remember it was all you. So don't go blaming other people." I said and placed the note on his desk. People began whispering again and I ignored. I completed my worksheet then turned it in.

"Miss, do you think I could maybe go to the library? I am finished with my worksheet." I asked Miss Nadia and she nodded her head without looking up from the papers. "Thank you." I muttered and picked up my things and left. I grabbed my phone as I opened my locker. Our group chat had five new messages.

Bubba: Alma if u dont wanna come later u dont have to.

Marcus: yeah, U can even eat my icecream if u want (:

Daniii: And remember we're here for u. ♡

Shawna: *You *want to, seriously, am I the only one bothered with how you all text?! But anyways, Alma we're here for you, my brother is an idiot.

Bubba: It's called abbreviation and did u see how long ur txt is compared to ours?

Shawna: whatever.

I smiled at their texts and quickly typed a response.

Me: It's cool, I'm still going 2 the game 2night. I don't need ur icecream Marcus thx tho, and I love you guys, Thanks 4 being here 4 me♡♡♡

A call came and it was from shawna. "Boooo! You okay??? You sure?? We're in free hour, you wanna ditch and come with us?" Shawna asked and I chuckled. "I'm fine really, I'm already out of class anyways. Where are you four?" I asked as I took out my next book and slipped it in my bag then put my bag on.

"Outside on the field, sitting Under a tree, hurry." Then she hung up. Bye to you too. I hurried to the field and right away found them. "Hey!" Danielle said with a smile and I smiled back and sat in front of them. "You sure you want to come to the game?" I nodded and Xander smiled. "You can wear my hoodie, you're my sister so it won't matter." I nodded. "We should go to Maggie's party after the game!" Marcus said an everyone looked at him as if he was stupid. "And crash it, I mean." Marcus added and everyone looked at eachother. "Yes! And our main target will be Maggie! Alma and us two will be in charge of that." Shawna said motioning from her to Danielle and me. "We'll take care of the rest." Xander said with a smirk and then they turned to me. "With one one other thing though," They all motioned me to continue. "I want Austin as a target too." I said and Shawna chuckled. "Deal, that idiot had it coming."
