46- The Big Day ✅

Danielle has not told us a word since the small date replacement she had with Daniel. I was against it when I found out that the boy was going into his second year of college in two months, but I don't have say in this relationship. She didn't go home and sleep last night either.

The very next morning Austin and I packed our stuff and moved into our apartment which happened to be besides Shawna and Xander. "You know, if Xander ever hurts my Little sister I will be foced to hurt hm." Oh and Xander is going to ask fo Shawna to marry him today right after grduation. I had already picked up the ring since Xander couldn't.

"Whatever love." I said and he chuckled. Shawna and Xander came out with Jake and Jack in their arms. "Finally, I thought we were going to become old out here!" Austin joked and Shawna flipped him off. She's going to be the best mom, honestly. "Jeez, joking." Austin muttered and got in his car. I laughed quietly and went to the other side and slipped into the car.

"Alma, your mom isn't here!" Shawna panicked and looked out the window again. "Calm down. We have thirty minutes before we have to get ready." I said, letting a yawn out. I felt Austin kick my chair from behind me and I rolled my eyes. I saw our teacher looking at my scowl questioningly and I motioned towards my chair. Ms. Prix let out a small giggle. Why? No idea. "Austin stop annoying poor Alma, or you can go to the office, I'm sure your mother would love to see you in her office." He stopped right away, wait.

Dejá vú much? Oh. Oh! No wonder she has a creepy smirk on her face. It's like the day he was bothering the hell out of me huh, I'm surprised the old lady remembers. The door opened and my mom came in with a baby a few months old aka my baby brother. Shawna sighed in relief and carried her sleeping babies to my mom and my mom left with both of them seated in a baby carriage for twins and small Jason in her arms.

So surprisingly, ha just kidding, Shawna made valedictorian. She had this amazing smile on her face and for the first time, school has seen her shed tears. Danielle showed up and said she wanted to talk to us all, oh and she brought Daniel. I still don't like him.

Austin had just left the stage and I was coming up next, I was scared, no no, I was terrified anything worse than scared. "Alma Marsha, please come up to receive-" I couldn't her Austin's mom, she had finised speaking though. My heart was beating so loud I was sure the whole school heard. I got up and walked up the stage, being carefull not to trip and shook hands with the principal, she smiled and handed me a paper, I looked up at the crowd and my mom was in tears, being hugged by Xander, Shawna and Danielle, Austin was clapping with an adorable look of pride written all over his expression. I was dismissed and as soon as I was in arms length I was pulled into a hug by Austin, then by my siblings, and by Shawna. My family. All here.

"Alright! Before we can do our traditional throw your caps stuff, we have one more announcement by Xander." Oh right, the proposal. I slipped the small box to Xander and he went up the stage, looking really nervous. Now he has to call up Austin to help. "Well, we've had one hell of a trip here, everyone. We've all struggled at some point and I fell in love, with a woman who carried my boys for eight long months, the same one who gave birth in the woods, the one who drives me crazy every single time I look at her," Some people awed and Shawna laughed a little. "What is this idiot doing?" Shawna muttered to herself, if only you knew...

"Austin come help me will ya?" Austin let go of my hand and jogged up besides my brother. "Well, I'm not the only one in love though, this idiot here, fell for my sister." Xander playfully shoved Austin who smiled. "Yeah, she makes me amazed whenever I look at her, not only because of her beauty but because, she's everything I ever wanted, ever needed." Well this wasn't supposed to happen, it doesn't bother me, I love it. "But back to Xander." Austin said awkwardly making us laugh.

My mom gave Xander Jake and Jack, Xander carefully turned both around to show the word 'Marry' on Jake's small shirt and 'daddy' on Jacks with a auestion mark on Xander's palm. He then quickly kneeled and pulled out the ring. Shawna had a shocked expression and tears were running down her cheeks. "I thought you'd never ask!" She squealed and Xander gave Jake and Jack to Austin. Shawna threw herself into her Fiance's arms and nodded saying yes over and over until Xander slipped on the ring. I handed both children to Shawna and was about to congragulate her when she pointed behind me. Austin, idiot is going to give me a heart attack. He wasn't wearing his gown thing but was in a suit and kneeling in the floor with a ring. Marriage?! At the age of seventeen?! What the fuck?! But the look on his face, pure love and happiness, and the fact that my heart was yelling an threatning me to say yes had me nodding, the fact that the idiot Austin stole my heart and I will soon steal his last name brought joy and love to my whole body.

I let Austin's lips connect with mine as the whole school cheered us on. I slipped off my cap and watched as everyone did the same. "Three! Two! One!" Someone counted down and we all threw up our caps and smiled. "Finally, out of this hell." Shawna joked. I was suddenly embraced by my whole family, as in my parents, Austin, Shawna , Daniel, my siblings, and the new addition; Jason and the two kiddos. I couldn't help but smile and cheer with everyone else, trying to find a way to let all my joy out. I'm with the people I love, the people who've been there all my life, and the one's who I love newly.
