5- Me, jealous? ✅

"Please!" We said and our parents sighed. "Just, be careful!" We nodded and kissed their cheeks and ran outside. "We'll change on the way," I said and we began walking. I took off my cousin's shirt and revealed my grey crop top and I took off my sweatpants and revealed my high waisted jeans. I put my clothes in my backpack and kept walking. "Here." Danielle gave me her clothes and I put them in my bag. "I feel like a bad girl," Danielle said and I chuckled.

"He said he'll meet us in the parking lot," I said and we walked towards the parking lot. "I was about to text you," Sean said and I smiled at him and waved. There was another guy on the bike but I didn't see his face because he had a dark helmet on. "We're not late are we?" I asked and he shook his head. "It's eight." I nodded and looked at the guy. "Austin," Sean says and he looks up and he stares at me. He takes off his helmet and I groan. "You have got to be kidding me," I said and Sean looked from me to Austin. "What are you doing here?" He growled and I glared at him. "Accepting an invite from Sean," I said and he looked at Sean then at me. "This is the girl?" Austin asked and Sean nodded. "What is Danielle doing here?" Danielle hid behind me and I let her grab my arm. "She came with me," I said and he raised an eyebrow at her and she nodded. "You're riding with me," Austin told me and I laughed dryly. "No, I'm riding with Sean. Fuckboy." I muttered and he raised an eyebrow. Danielle got on the bike behind Austin and I did the same but behind Sean. "You guys don't get along?" I shook my head and Sean chuckled. "I believe that he's not the nicest person." I nodded. "Damn right."

"Racers to the start!!" I jumped as I heard a loud voice over some speakers. "Wish me, luck babe," Sean whispered and I smiled. "Good luck," I said and he left. "Stay away from him," Austin growled and I glared at him. "So you get to go fuck any girl you feel like and I can't even hang out with a guy?" I asked and pushed him back. "What the hell are you talking about Alm-"
"Last warning for racers!!" Austin groaned in frustration. "We'll talk about this later." He said and walked away. "Danielle?" I looked behind me and see Jay holding Danielle's hand and she slapped him. "So this is where you've been coming every fucken time, with your girlfriend," Danielle said and pointed at the girl he was holding hands with. "Babe? What is she talking about? You said she was your sister!" My eyes widened. I got in front of Danielle. "Oh great." He muttered. "I thought you said you changed you, fucken Liar!" I said and slapped him. "Wait! Is this another one of your girlfriends?!" The girl yelled. "No honey, Danielle here, my sister, also his ex-girlfriend from now on was his girlfriend," I said and the girl's eyes began filling with tears. "And to think I was going to give you my virginity," Danielle whispered loud enough for both the girl and Jay to hear. "You idiot! You didn't just break my heart but also a poor innocent girl's heart! You're no longer a man." She said and she came over to us.

"Come on honey, let's get you to face washed." She said and Danielle nodded and we walked behind her. My jaw was hanging as I watched Danielle let the girl her boyfriend was cheating with embrace her.

"Danielle! Shawna! Wait! Alma tell them to let me explain!" We ignored him and kept walking. "What a jerk. I should've known! He said he changed." Danielle muttered and we hugged her. "How about we ditch Austin and Sean and go to our house and eat bucket loads of ice cream?" I asked and Shawna I'm guessing is her name smiled. "No. I want to show Jay that he won't ruin my life so easily." She said and I smiled wider along with Shawna. "That's the spirit," Shawna said and Danielle hugged Shawna. "Wait, you two know Austin?" Shawna asked and we nodded. "He's my older brother!" I raised an eyebrow. "That means you go to our high school?" I asked and Shawna nodded.

"Alma Marsha!" She said and I smiled. "I do remember you! Danielle, I'm pretty sure we have maths together." Shawna said and Danielle nodded. "I've heard the teacher call your name before... I think." Danielle said softly. "Wait, your mom and other siblings came over to my house last time and you weren't there," I said and Shawna nodded. "I think my mom forgot to mention I was coming back from Australia, my friend lives there and she invited me there for a few weeks. Anyways let's go watch the race!" We walked over to the crowd and were able to get to the front. "Sean is in the lead!" Shawna said. "Where's your brother?" I asked. "He's in the second race." She answered and I nodded. "And our winner is Sean! Once again!" I cheered and I saw Sean stop his car a few feet away from us and he searched the crowd and found me and winked and I smiled. "Sean? Damn girl!" Shawna said and bumped my hips with her own softly. "No! We just met!" I said and she shrugged.

Sean took his car somewhere else after grabbing some money. "Next and final race! Austin has been our winner eighteen times in a row let's see if he wins again! Ladies and gentlemen you better have bet already the race will begin in five minutes." Shawna gave twenty dollars to a man and said Austin's name. "The amount you get is doubled if the person you bet on wins." She explained and grabbed a ticket thing. I put twenty dollars as well and also said Austin's name. "For the pretty lady." The man said and gave me the same small squared paper he gave Shawna. "Thanks," I said and he extended his arm at Danielle and she shook her head politely and the man shrugged and kept walking. "You attract everyone don't you." Shawna teased and I groaned.
"It's a curse and a blessing."

"Nineteen wins in a row! Austin wins once again!" Austin gets out of the car and some girls in very revealing clothes try to touch or get touched but he pushed them away. "That's surprising," Shawna says and I turn to her. "He never turns down the girls." This made anger flood through my whole body and I walked to Sean who was waiting for Austin.

"I was looking for you, I just saw you." I lied and he smiled down at me. "You did great out there," I said and he smirked. "Why thank you, pretty lady." He said and I hugged him. "I don't know why I did that," I said and he chuckled. " It's alright. So, do I get a prize?" He asked and I kissed his cheek. "Is that enough?" I asked and he chuckled. "For now." I smiled. "Well, I'll get going it's getting late," I said and was about to walk away. "Let me drive you home," Sean said and I shook my head and was about to talk but Austin beat me to it. "I'll take her, we live right beside each other anyways." Sean looked hesitant but nodded.

"Bye Sean," I said and hugged him then kissed his cheek. I walked away from Austin and ran to Shawna and Danielle. Danielle was crying again. "What happened?" I asked and Shawna glared at something behind me. I turned and see Jay kissing another girl. "Let's go," I said and we walked to where all the cars are. "Alma! We need to talk!" Austin yelled and I groaned. "We'll be in the car," Shawna said and they got inside a black Camaro. "No, we don't Austin! Go back to your whore and forget about me!" I yelled and he stopped. "What are you talking about?!" He yelled and Shawna came out of the car and Danielle stood next to her. I took out my phone and went to the recordings and played the call and they all went silent as Abigail's voice flooded the air. I stopped it and I looked at Austin. "This is what I'm talking about," I said and Shawna looked confused. "You two are dating?!" Shawna asked.

"No!"
"Yes."

Of course, I said no and the idiot said yes. "And now he has less of a chance of ever dating me," I said and he kind of looked hurt but I had to stay strong. "I understand what this is about now. You're jealous." He said a small smirk playing on his lips. "In your dreams. Me,  jealous?! Of what? We're not dating, you're the one who "claimed" me." I said and he rolled his eyes. "If you say so. Let's go, I'll take you home." He said and I looked at Shawna. "I'm going to take her home." She said and I sighed and got in the car. "Shawna stay out of this." I heard him say. "No Austin, she's not an object, I won't let you treat her like dad treated mom." Shawna got in the car and Danielle in the passenger's seat. "I'm down for some junk food and a shitload of ice cream," Shawna said and we nodded. "To the store we go!"
