On Friday April 19th, at 6:08am Cadie woke up and immediately texted Hunter.

> OH MY GOD THIS IS BAD BAD BAD!!!

 At 6:10am, Hunter replied:

< What? What's wrong?

> I lost my voice! The auditions are today!!!

< I'm coming over

> What? Um, okay, see you soon

At 6:30 Hunter was knocking on Cadie's door, armed with throat losenges, a box of chamomile tea, the fuzziest blanket he could find, and determination.

"You didin't ha-" Cadie started, but was quickly interrupted.

"Shhh! No talking, okay? You need to save your voice." he said, barging in through the open door.

Cadie's eyebrows furrowed together, but she stayed silent.

"I'm going to make some tea, you just sit down and get comfortable. I've got this all under control," Hunter said, slipping into the kitchen.

Again, Cadie complied and took the fuzzy blanket. It felt nice wrapped around her. It felt like a hug from Hunter; it smelled like him too.

After a few minutes, he came back into the room and handed her a mug of tea and sat down next to her, giving a wide grin.

"Alright then, Operation Saving Cadie is now officially in play."

Okay this is a rushed chapter and it's short, but I had so much homework to catch up on before the end of the grading period. Sorry that the story is moving faster all of a sudden, but I keep wanting to make this last forever when it's supposed to be short. Thanks for 2,000 reads, you guys are that best!
