Dani's POV
I woke up and opened my eyes. The first thing I saw was Demi's gorgeous face and I smiled.
I brushed back a piece of hair that had fallen in front of her face and she shifted.
"Demi," I whispered, giggling as she grumbled. "Time to wake wake up, Demi."
"No," she groaned and buried her face in her pillow. I moved closer to her and kissed her shoulder.
"Demi," I said. I kissed her neck and I could see a small smile forming on her lips. "Get up." I kissed her cheek.
Demi puckered her lips and I just smiled at her. She looked so silly. After a little while, she opened one eye and frowned.
"No kiss?"
I chuckled. "Are you going to get up?"
"Maybe, if you give me a kiss." Demi said and she bit her lip, her eyes drifting down to mine.
Without hesitation, I kissed her slowly and softly. She smiled when I pulled away.
"Now that's how you wake someone up," she whispered and opened her eyes. "What time is it?"
"Only 6," I replied and sat up. I never put a shirt on and I shivered at the lack of warmth out of the blankets. "I have to get my stuff from my room."
"Stay here, it's cold," Demi said and pouted.
"We both have to get ready. Your book comes out today."
Demi instantly brightened up. She bolted up and wrapped her arms around me and I laughed.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Hugging you because I'm so excited! I'm an author," she replied and I grunted as she pulled me down again.
"Demi, get off of me," I said, laughing and tried wriggling out of her grip.
"Well it looks like you two made up."
Demi let go and covered herself up with the blanket quickly as Alyson walked in the room.
"Whoa, are you naked? You little slut," Aly smiled and winked at me.
"Nothing happened," I said and rolled my eyes.
"Whatever, I brought you your bag," she said. She put the bag by the bed and sat on the bed. "Are you coming to breakfast with us? We're going in an hour."
"I'm going with, I should be ready by then." Demi said.
"Ok, Dani, you better hurry. And can you please tell Mason that you won't hang out with him anymore? He still hasn't gotten the point."
"Say what?" Demi said and looked at me.
"Nothing," I told her and glared at Alyson. Aly winced and got off the bed.
"Yeah, I'll just leave at that," she said and walked to the door.
"Bitch," I called just before she shut the door.
"Hang out with him?" Demi asked. "Hang out as in what?"
"Nothing serious." I said and got out of bed.
"If it's not serious then why can't you tell me."
I shrugged and kneeled by my bag.
"Dani," she said and crossed her arms.
"I used to just...hang out with him," I said, "and go to parties and all. Nothing really."
Demi went completely serious. "Like what kinds of parties?"
