{23} And Counting

3rd Person POV

It was already dark out once they got off of the bus to the infamous Glen Capri. 

Carrying their bags, Kyra said, "I've seen worse." 

"Where have you seen worse?" Stiles asked sarcastically  

Coach blew his whistle then said, "Listen! The meet has been pushed until tomorrow. This is the closest motel with the most vacancies and the least amount of good judgment when it comes to accepting a bunch of degenerates like yourselves. You'll be pairing up. Choose wisely." 

Students started to grab a key from Coach's hand including Kyra, Stiles, Allison, Danny, and Isaac for their rooms.

Coach said, "And I'll have no sexual perversions perpetrated by you little deviants. Got that? Keep your dirty little hands to your little dirty selves!" 

"No promises." Kyra said in Stiles's head

Stiles turns to Kyra then Kyra winked at him 

Stiles and Scott walked upstairs to their room number 

The bus moved out leaving Kyla standing still looking at the sign as for Lydia, she just stands still looking around the place. 

Kyra goes up to Kyla saying, "Kyla?" 

Allison looks at Kyla then at back at Lydia, "Lydia?"

"I don't like this place." Lydia replied then Allison responded, "I don't think the people who own this place, like this place. It's just for a night." 

"A lot can happen on one night." Lydia replied 

Kyla just kept looking at the sign

Kyra looks at the sign then back at Kyla.

Kyra asked, "What's wrong?" 

"The sign. I've seen it before." Kyla replied still looking at the sign 

"When?" Kyra asked. "Have you been here before?" 

"Never." Kyla replied, "I drew that logo in my journal." 

"Your journal?" Kyra asked then Kyla responded looking at Kyra, "And I have no idea why I drew it."

In their hotel room, Scott and Stiles put down their stuff and laid own on their own bed. 

"All right, I have four." Stiles replied then Scott looked at him saying, "Four, you have four suspects?" 

"Yeah, it was originally ten. Well, nine technically, I had Derek on there twice." Stiles mentioned 

Scott asked, "So who's number one? Harris?" 

Stiles answered, "Just because he's missing doesn't mean he's dead." 

Scott replied, "So if he's not dead, our chemistry teacher is out secretly committing human sacrifices." 

"Yeah, I guess that just sounded way better in my head." Stiles said looking at Scott 

Scott asked, "Well, what if it's somebody from school? Like, you remember Matt? We didn't know that he was killing people."

Stiles looked at Scott sitting up, "Excuse me? I'm sorry, what? I...yes, we did. I called that from day one, actually." 

Stiles stood up as Scott started to sit up saying, "Yeah, but we never really seriously thought that it was Matt." 

"I was serious. I was quite serious, actually. Deadly serious. No one listened to me." Stiles said then continued, "Maybe, Kyra. She was the only one that actually agreed with me."
